Matsuda is one of Issei's best friends who made up the "Perverted Trio" (変態三人組 Hentai San'nin-gumi), a trio of the biggest perverts at the Academy, and is a self-proclaimed lolicon. Matsuda's nicknames are "Perverted Baldy" (エãƒåŠä¸» Ero-bÅzu) and "Sexual Harassment Papparazzi (セクãƒラパパラッãƒ Sekuhara Paparatchi). Matsuda is a former jock and school sports star. He and Motohama are jealous of Issei's relationship with the Occult Research Club, and constantly spreads bad rumors about Issei, such as Issei being a sadist who blackmailed Rias and Akeno into doing sexual acts. He does not know that Issei and the Occult Research Club members are Devils. (Source: High School DxD Wikia)

First Appearance Anime: episode 3 "Shining Dimly in the Midst of Despair" Dazz is a member of the 104th Trainees Squad. In chapter 12, when Dot Pixis announces the plan to reconquer Trost District, Dazz has a breakdown and starts screaming that he doesn't want to die. Though Marco Bott tries to quiet him, a commanding officer overhears and threatens to execute him. Dazz replies that execution would be better then being eaten by a Titan. However, Dot Pixis then announces that all deserters will be pardoned—but have to live with the guilt that they abandoned their families to the Titans. Dazz is unable to leave his family to that fate, and returns to participate in the operation to plug the breach. After the mission, he briefly appears in Chapter 21 standing next to Sasha Blouse when Irvin Smith gives a speech urging the 104th Training Squad members to join the Scouting Legion. As he is not present in the group of trainees who join, he presumably opted for the Stationary Guard instead. In Ch. 40, Ymir and Historia Reiss recount a story about Dazz from training. Wanting praise and recognition, Dazz undertook harsh physical training in the snowy mountains. However, he wasn't strong enough to endure it, and nearly died. Ymir told Krista to leave him behind or her own life would be endangered; when Krista refused, Ymir used her Titan shifter powers to bring Dazz back to the camp safely. Height: 160 cm (5'3") Weight: 58 kg (128 lbs) Member of the 34th expedition of the Scouting Legion; in charge of the left wing of the 2nd brigade. Author of a notebook. Note: Ilse Langnar is the official English translation by Kodansha.

Status: Prima Birth date and place: Aqua, July 29 Age: 20 Height: 168 cm Blood type: O Akira is one of Neo Venezia's three Water Fairies, and is Aika's supervisor with the Himeya company. She is nicknamed the Demon Instructor for her strict training regimen as well as her loud and brusque personality. She is particularly harsh with Aika, in spite of the fact that the girl is her employers' heir, though she does so since she honestly thinks that there is potential in her. As such, she is the only Himeya employee who does not fawn on Aika, though even the latter admits that it is only due to Akira's strictness (and honesty) that she has been able to become a good undine. As a prima undine, she is known as "Crimson Rose" (真紅薔薇). Akira is famous for her conversational skills as well as her intimate knowledge of the sights to be seen in Neo Venezia. She has a lot of admirers among her customers, though surprisingly enough these are more female than male (which seems to bother her a little, as she considers herself very feminine). Akira and Alicia's relationship mirrors Akari and Aika's, though Alicia is far more teasing when Akira is around. This isn't that much of a surprise, as Akira and Alicia are childhood friends. However, Akira is still galled that Alicia became a Prima earlier than her, despite the fact that Alicia initially became an undine to tag along with her. (Source: Wikipedia)

Akari's first customer as a Single. He is a tall, impatient young man who calls Akari "Pigtails" (momiko) to tease her. He works as an apprentice Salamander, someone who helps maintain Aqua's climate in the floating buildings that tethered overhead. Although drawn like a typical bishonen, his constant scowl combined with a loose-fitting robe usually cover up his more "attractive" features, which he rarely displays. Akatsuki has an older brother who takes great pleasure giving him a hard time. He's also Woody's childhood friend, and also knows Al the gnome, and is occasionally seen in the company of Woody and sometimes Al. (The latter much to Aika's consternation, since she doesn't like Akatsuki much, but loves Al.) Akatsuki has a rather heavy crush on Alicia, often calling the Aria company phone just to hear her away voice message. He's not adverse to spending time with Akari either if the mood strikes him, or demand of her to help him with various things, like carrying the many roses he bought for the Boccolo festival. Naturally, he took rather badly to Alicia's sudden marriage at the end of the animated series. In the same (final) episode however, he musters enough courage to invite Akari for a visit to his workplace when she would be free, which depicts he may have moved his affections over to Akari.

Touka is an Evenkruga, warriors who fight for justice. She fights using a longsword (katana). Her increased agility and swordsmanship make her a deadly warrior. She has a weakness for cute animals and is a lightweight when it comes to alcohol and hot baths, over-heating and passing out easily if subjected to either. After being Hakuoro's enemy for a while, she pledges fealty to him in order to redeem herself for the injustices, taking the role of Hakuoro's bodyguard.
