Real name Marco Togni. An agent of Section 2 and Angelica's handler. After being suspended from military service due to an injury to his left eye, Marco was recommended by his friend Dr. Bianchi to be the handler of Angelica, the first child assassin of Section 2. While taking care of Angelica, Marco told her stories of "The Prince of the Land of Pasta" a fictional prince who ate only pasta. He spent much time looking for ideas for the story. This fascinated his girlfriend at the time, Patricia, who later wrote and published the storybook "The Prince of the Land of Pasta", a copy of which Marco bought and read for Angelica. As time went on, Marco witnessed Section 2 develop into an effective combat unit and Angelica's tremendous potential as an assassin. Sadly, Angelica also was the first girl to experience the side-effects of the conditioning process, particularly long-term memory loss. Disgusted with the many setbacks that resulted afterwards, Marco felt that any further effort was in vain, and had no desire to continue, and takes an impersonal and critical approach to Angelica's training.

Tsugumi is a hitwoman who was raised and trained by Claude of the Beehive Gangsters.Tsugumi is originally introduced as a guy who transfers to Chitoge's class, and has orders to protect her from Raku, whom she thinks forced Chitoge into the relationship. She and Chitoge are childhood friends; she tries to keep a ten year old promise of becoming strong to protect Chitoge. However, after Raku treats her nicely, she begins to develop some feelings for him, even though she is too stubborn and embarrassed to admit it. In America, her assassin code name is "Black Tiger," who had a rivalry with "White Fang." She does well academically, having ranked next to Chitoge on a yearly exam. Later when she learns that Chitoge and Raku had been having a fake relationship from the start for the reason of only to stop their families from fighting. She investigates their individual feelings for each other to know if she has a chance. She comes to the conclusion to give up in order for Chitoge to be happy and one day when alone with Raku in the classroom, she places her hands over his ears and confesses her love so that he doesn't hear it. A dragon of heaven, Aoki is a mild-mannered copy editor with a wife and child, who is also a wind magician. In the TV series, upon discovering that the battle between the Seals and Angels is at hand, he secretly divorces his wife Shimako in order to spare her grief should he be killed. Although Aoki is very powerful, he rarely sees any action in battle for much of the first half of the story as he is quite busy editing manuscripts. He is a wind master, with the ability to conjure and control wind currents. This is his family's gift; his nephew Saiki Daisuke has the same ability, though he isn't as strong. In Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle He's one of the seven fighters of the Tower faction, who live in the apocalyptic world of Tokyo.
