OVER is the ruthless third member of "Four Heavenly Kings", the four elite members of Tsuru Tsurulina IV's Hair Hunting corp. (whom also includes Gunkan, Purupu and Halekulani) Unlike many Hair Hunters outside those seen much earlier in the series, OVER takes his job of ripping the hair out of the subjects of the Maruhage Empire extremely seriously and will treat all in his gaze as prey. This harshness for his job includes the treatment of his own teammates, as seen by his scalping of both Gunkan and Kitty Poo after their failures against Bo-bobo and the Hajike rebels. Although OVER can and will attack with little or no notice, he mostly controls his hair hunting activities from an ancient Japanese castle, where he controls a platoon of various ninja-like warriors including The Five Hidden Killers (dub: The Ultimate Five Assassins), who themselves are known for their stealth and abilities. He has noticeably long white hair and eyebrows with pointy ears and long chin. He wears a short black jacket that reveals his chest and white pants.
Dolly (ドリー Dolly) is an exclusive character and the main antagonist of Hayate no Gotoku! CAN'T TAKE MY EYES OFF YOU. Dolly appears to have magical powers, being able to block Isumi's spell tags, and able to manipulate plants at will. Dolly has long flowing Aquamarine colored hair and yellow eyes. She is always seen wearing a black one piece dress along with Shin's wedding ring. At first, Dolly appears to have a calm, dark demeanor. However, it is revealed that she has a somewhat obsessive personality over the Kurotsubaki, going to great lengths to gain posession over it. Presents herself as Sanzenin Nagi's little sister. It is revealed later on that her real intention was to obtain the "Black Camellia" from Nagi.
A girl who befriends Hideo and Hiromi during their refuge at the Outlet Mall. Before the outbreak, she was a nurse. After discovering she's pregnant, Oda attempts to leave Hideo and Hiromi so as to not inconvenience them. They catch up with her, but Oda is eventually infected after being bitten by a zombie baby. In her last moments of human consciousness, she jumps into the back of a garbage truck along with the baby and manages to persuade Hiromi to push the button that operates the trucks mechanism, crushing her and the baby to death.
