Though her appearance (and often behavior) is childlike and seems nonthreatening, she has fearsome magical powers and a reputation to match, being known throughout Gensokyo as the dangerous "Scarlet Devil." Like all vampires she is photosensitive and weakens when exposed to sunlight, so she typically remains inside her mansion (which has few windows to prevent light getting in) during the day and emerges during the night. While she is naturally known to drink human blood, her light appetite means her victims almost never die from their wounds. While her behavior is usually self-centered and somewhat bratty, it is possible to befriend her; however, humans and youkai alike prefer to avoid her. Her name, appearance, house, and clothing all indicate she is European in origin and emigrated to Japan many years ago. She claims to be a descendant of the world's most notorious vampire, Prince Vlad Ţepeş Dracul. Like most vampires, Remilia has the power of shapeshifting at her disposal and can change into a bat. Hanako is the ghost of a little girl that haunts the ladies' restroom of the old school building. She appears to be harmless and has no intention to scare people, for she only wants to play and make friends. Urumiya (�宿), born under the star Danger (�), introduced by his birthname of Hagas (�ーガス, Hagasu?), is the last of the Genbu Celestial Warriors to be unveiled. In actuality, he is only half a Celestial Warrior since he only possesses half a character – the other half is marked on the body of his twin brother, Teg. A dangerous and skilled assassin, Hagas always carries a wide bladed sword and is a proficient archer. As a Celestial Warrior, he is able to absorb the powers of other Celestial Warriors though his mouth and then use them as he pleases. He wears a cross-shaped strap across his face to conceal his character. His only weakness appears to be that there is something wrong with his eyes, a discrepancy noticed by both Soruen and Takiko, to which Soruen suggests that Hagas is partially blind at times. Hagas comes across as a coldhearted and merciless man whose only desire is to succeed in his mission to kill Uruki. He is unemotional and able to remain calm and focused, even in the heat of battle, but demonstrates an unexpectedly compassionate side to him when he saves two children from misaimed arrows. When he is not battling Uruki and Takiko, he comes across as morose and quiet. Takiko is stunned to discover that Hagas is Urumiya, since the necklace of the Oracle Anru had indicated two markings for Urumiya and one was in Touran. Hagas reveals to Takiko and Soruen that he is a twin and that his elder twin brother, Teg, carries the other half of the character. When Teg's existence as a Celestial Warrior was revealed seventeen years ago, he was imprisoned by the former emperor while Hagas remained undetected. To this end, Hagas intends to obey Temudan's orders to kill Uruki in order to rescue his brother; however, Hagas holds no loyalty to the emperor, keeping his character concealed, and plans to kill Temudan once Teg is freed. As a result, Hagas is the only Genbu Celestial Warrior who does not want to cooperate with Takiko, though she continues to have faith that he will join her someday and promises to help him rescue his brother.
A cat themed Haro that can interface with Veda's terminals. Gundam Meister 874 is one of the four Gundam Meisters employed by Celestial Being in the period in which 00P is set and was the designated pilot of the Gundam Sadalsuud. During the period in which 00F is set it is confirmed that Hanayo and Gundam Meister 874 are the same person. As Hanayo she partners with Fon Spaak, providing support for his missions and holding the ability to remove his restraints.
Marisa is a human witch who lives in a cluttered house in the Forest of Magic. She is friends with Reimu and visits her often, but otherwise is solitary and spends most of her time researching magic. She is also an avid collector stuffing her house with various items, and would go "borrowing" things from others without returning them. She is selfish, sometimes violent, and has a disagreeable manner. Underneath, though, she is honest and a hard worker. This makes it strange that she is friends with Reimu, whose powers are purely from talent while she had to work very hard to get her own to the same level.
