Kamikiri was one of the members of the Fūma clan who were betrayed by Orochimaru. He was the leader of a three-member group (alongside Jigumo and Kager�) who guarded Orochimaru's base in the Land of the Rice Fields.

Kotohime Fuma is a woman from the FÅ«ma clan who sided with Orochimaru alongside Arashi Fuma, Jigumo Fuma, Kagero Fuma, and Kamikiri Fuma when the clan fell on hard times. Orochimaru taught her how to play a Koto. She also demonstrated an ability to extend her hair around an opponent. She seduced Jiraiya in Orochimaru's lair, telling him that she was Orochimaru's mistress, and lured him to a room where both of them will be crushed by the ceiling. Jiraiya managed to prevent that and she is currently living with Hanzaki Fuma and Sasame Fuma.

Jirocho Wasabi is the head of the Wasabi clan in the Land of Tea, which is a clan warring with the nearby Wagarashi clan. He is depicted as kind, sympathetic, and honest, in contrast to the Wagarashi clan's leader, Kiroku Wagarashi, who is dishonest and manipulative. Jirocho is also an old friend of Tsunade's when he appeared to tell Senta and Bunzou that Tsunade's debt to the Akagi family was paid. He apparently took in Idate Morino after finding him on the streets. While Idate was racing, he expressed great faith in Idate, even to the extent of betting his own life.

She's supportive of Nodoka and wishes her the best of luck when it comes to her and Negi's relationship. Yue became the 5th person in Negi's class to make a Pactio with him, following Asuna, Nodoka, Setsuna, and Konoka.

Student Number: 1 The helpless and meek ghost of a former student, Sayo Aisaka has low self-esteem and is not skilled at being a ghost, tripping even though she doesn't have feet and being completely unable to scare people, more often frightening herself than others. She is invisible to almost everyone, and her presence goes mostly unnoticed though Takahata had her included in the class registry, with a note to Negi not to change her seating. Sayo has been friendless and lonely for around 60 years since her death, which made her very desperate for a friend, and later attempts to talk to the rest of the class during the preparations for the School Festival. Manga version: Sayo attempts to show herself to the class during the Mahora school festival in order to make a friend, but the class interprets her clumsy communications as the work of a poltergeist, and tries to exorcise her. After Negi and Asakura calms everyone down, they're able to accept Sayo as part of the class. Afterwords, Sayo can always be seen by Asakura's side, as a sort of side-kick, although only Asakura and those with magic are able to see her at first. She eventually receives a palm-sized magic straw doll from Evangeline that allows her to move around with a somewhat physical body as well as allowing her to leave the school grounds.

After finding out about the existence of magic, she reluctantly becomes part of Negi's group. Chisame is an extremely skilled with computers, and she is able to hack into large databases with minimal effort. After forming a pactio with Negi, she gains the artifact, Sceptrum Virtuale, a heart-topped staff that allows her to actually enter cyberspace as a physical realm, upon which she can internally hack into systems. She can allow others to enter with her while their bodies stay in the real world. She is assisted by virtual "spirits", Kincha, Hanpe, Konnya, Chikuwafu, Negi, Daiko, and Shirataki, who can communicate with her while she is nearby an electronic device. They can watch out for any viral attacks, and manipulate data, which allows her to increase the ranking of her site. However, her Pactio ability has the drawback of being near-useless when not connected to the internet, and her spirits disappear when her laptop's batteries are exhausted.
