Masashi Edogawa is one of Saku's classmates and friend, and while he often takes part in astronomy club activities, is actually a member of the photography club. He enjoys hanging around the astronomy club because of Mihoshi, Sayo and Hime, whom he sees as all very attractive, and is jealous that Saku is surrounded by beautiful girls. However, he also enjoys astronomy and actively participates in stargazing events.

He is the primary protagonist of the story who transfers to an all-boys school and becomes one of the Princesses. He seems enthusiastic about it since all the Princesses get a lot of free stuff and added luxuries. His parents died in an accident, which is when his uncle and aunt adopted him. He seems to be very reluctant about spending time with his family, which mainly has to do with his younger step-sister Sayaka, who has an unhealthy obsession with him. He mainly uses his job as a Princess as a distraction from the problems he has with his family and in effect usually gets very in to acting like a Princess, much like Yuujiro. He often teams up with Yuujiro to tease Mikoto, much to Mikoto's chagrin. Yuujiro often jokingly says he and Toru are lovers. In fact when Toru's stepsister, Sayaka, comes looking for Toru, Yuujiro kisses him to scare her away, and they have since been seen blushing in each others presence.

A teacher at Aogiri High School, Sakura serves as the Survival Game Club's adviser. She is a ditz and is often shown accidentally making matters worse for her students, and is thus called "The Female Teacher Who Summons Storms."

Yurie's younger brother, has a crush on Miko, Matsuri's younger sister. Furthermore he is suspicious of Tama Hitotsubashi because of her humanlike intelligence.

Yurie is the main protagonist in the series. In the very first episode, she tells her best friend Mitsue that overnight she became a goddess. It is not explained how she became one throughout the entire series. She is remarkably naive and simple-minded but always has the best intentions. She has a crush on Kenji Ninomiya. She also has a younger brother who has a crush on Miko, Matsuri's younger sister

Platoon captain of the 1121th squad. Tank commander. She is open-minded and tolerant, and she is a good older sister/mother figure to her unit members. She is usually gentle, but she can become strict at a moment's notice. Her former troop was killed on the battlefield. She was the only one left alive.
