Misae Sagara is the resident manager at Youhei's dorm. Her age is unknown, as it is redacted in the visual novel, yet it is probably between 23 and 29. She was Hikarisaka's first female student council president when she was in high school. She achieved a full week of perfect attendance for the whole student body and she was loved by the students. Misae is friendly with the dorm students but strict when it comes to the dorm rules. She is also well-liked by the rugby members. Depending on decisions, Tomoya can change her to a violent dorm lady through his lecture, which is her original personality, who uses brute force to convince the dorm students to do their cleaning duty. Misae is waiting for her lover to return, which is actually her cat–Katsuki Shima. When Tomoya tries to pursue Misae, the cat gives Tomoya a dream about Misae's past. When Misae was still in high school, she met a boy named Katsuki Shima who insisted in granting her wish as a payment for encouraging him to recover. Misae's reluctance on having her wish granted and Katsuki's persistence eventually have their feelings for each other develop further, which also made her elected as the student council president due to her rumors with Katsuki. However, Katsuki realizes that his true identity is not Katsuki but his cat, who gave him the duty of granting Misae a wish before dying. Being conflicted with his duty and his love for Misae, he insisted her on having her wish granted. After announcing her wish on having Katsuki forever loving Misae, Katsuki obliged. Katsuki returned to his cat form, and waited for Misae like usual. Noticing the cat's fondness on her, Misae takes the cat as her pet, without knowing the cat's identity as her lover. At the town's festival, Tomoya tells Misae about her cat's true identity.
The main character. A boy with glasses that usually ends up as the straight man when dealing with his club mates at the Life counseling section. He got involved with the club when the president of the Journalism Club Ayaka Nikaido convinced him to join as a way of improving his social interactions.
Emi Murakami is the president of the school's Arts Club. After all of the club's other members leave to join the Manga club she is befriended by Ikumi Suzuki and joins the Second Newspaper Club. Emi has an eccentric, irrational personality which is what allows her to become such good friends with the childish Ikumi. She seems to have a perverted side to her personality and often tries to get other people to strip naked or to even get naked herself. She also tends to get extremely excited and intensely passionate when painting, even threatening to harm anyone who dares interrupt her.
Ness is a young boy from Onett, characterized by his love of American things, such as baseball and steak. He also possesses psychic abilities strong enough to affect cosmic events, such as altering the course of the future. Ness' mother cooks for Ness and his friends, and allows them to rest. His father supports him over the phone by recording his progress and depositing money into his cash account. His sister, Tracy, stores items for the group, by way of Escargo Express. Ness is primarily a supportive PSI user rather than an attacker. Unlike his appearance in the Super Smash Bros. (series) series, Ness is unable to use PSI Fire, PSI Thunder, PSI Magnet, or PSI Starstorm, although they were added into his move list to allow for a wider arrange of attacks. He is, however, capable of using the PSI Flash move, which is capable of instantly defeating foes at the zenith of its power, regardless of their defenses, as well as a myriad of other status effects if the attack connects. Ness' only offensive PSI ability is a psychokinetic wave named for whatever the player chose as their "favorite thing" in the beginning of the game, the default name being PSI Rockin. Exclusive to the anime, General Logi is a general of Gran Kingdom who has known Zola for quite some time. He has been defeated by her before which resulted in him gaining a scar around his left eye. Some time later, General Logi encounters Zola again at a prison fortress. General Logi easily defeated her, Jiro, and Marumaro when he gained an artificial shadow named Valkyrie, and his power left the normally hotheaded Shu shaking in fear. General Logi is given some artificial shadow wielders from Nene to form his Independent Flying Squadron. During that time, he has squared off with Shu and Blue Dragon many times with both times resulting in Valkyrie getting injured. After Nene's destruction, General Logi announced his secession from Gran Kingdom by having Schneider take over Castle Des la Teste and by having Andropov attack Gran Kingdom fleets. General Logi then establishes Rosekstan (an offshoot of Gran Kingdom that serves as a Shadow Extremist nation). He fights Zola again which ends with Kluke being kidnapped. In the next encounter, his true shadow is revealed and Zola was rescued by Kluke. It is later revealed that General Logi is one of the descendants of one of the Warriors of Light. When Zola goes rogue, he, Delphinium, and Deathroy help to fight her. Two years later, General Logi is still in power and leading the forces of Rosekstan into establishing a new world order. He has his shadow reawakened by Lota when she arrives in Rosekstan's capital. After a fierce fight, Lota sets General Logi's castle on fire as General Logi is rescued by Matilda. General Logi hid out in the remains of Nene's fortress when he planned to stop the plots of the White Brigade. One of her major character traits is her selflessness towards Sakura. Tomoyo is kind, caring, highly intelligent, beautiful, meticulous, and very melodic (she has a superb singing voice and often has solos in choir recitals). She always speaks using formal verb conjugations and expressions, giving her a unique air of refinement amongst the cast. When needed, Tomoyo can exhibit considerable cunning and resourcefulness, which was most prominently displayed in the final movie.
