The protagonist of the series, Takuto Tsunashi is a 15-year-old boy who left the mainland to go to the Southern Cross Island in pursuit of a "fabulous school life." With a bright and positive personality, he easily makes friends with all the people in the school. Unbeknownst to all, he is the "Galactic Pretty Boy," a person that has the ability to control a Cybody directly and unleash its true power. He uses his gift to fight the Glittering Crux Brigade in order to stop their plans to release the Cybodies to the outside world. Takuto has a habit of saying "it's a pinch!" when he's in trouble. In the past, Takuto was raised by his grandfather that was previous Galactic Pretty Boy & trained by him since then. After Natsuo death, he took the former personality of his own, stating that Natsuo is full of "radiance" in his life even his death is imminent. This prompted his grandfather to pass Tau mark to Takuto & live of his own. Takuto main reason to came to the Southern Cross Island is to find his father & lay a good punch on him because he abandoned him for no reason. He pilots Cybody Tauburn, the 22nd Cybody in line. In episode 20, it was revealed that his father is Head/Tsunashi Tokio. His mother, Sora, fled the island and left Takuto in the care of Ikurou, Head's father. Although they never mention their familial connection to each other it is implied that they both know who the other is.

He, along with his brother, was tricked by the makers of Gintama into believing Gintama was a popular anime which would turn into a movie successful all over the world. After the Shinyaku Benizakura-hen movie finished, he and his brother left, stating they would not again cooperate to make a movie out of the show.

Since she is a member of the school's Archery Club, Yukari naturally wields a bow and arrow in battle. Her zeal for investigation brings SEES a lot of trouble, but also gains the group valuable allies and information. She has a high aptitude for magic and her Personas that excel in wind and healing spells. Yukari is very popular at school because of her good looks, cheerful disposition, and energetic attitude. But there's is more to Yukari than meets the eye. Though she's outwardly extraverted, she is very careful not to let anyone get close to her. She constantly picks on Junpei, hides her true motives from the group, and represses a lot of anger and pain about her past. At the beginning of the game she has trouble summoning her Persona and becomes distressed when holding an evoker gun to her head. It turns out that Yukari has been on her own for quite some time. Her father died a mysterious death a decade ago, and her mother neglects her in favor of a string of shallow boyfriends. Midway through the game, Yukari discovers that her father was involved in the incident that unleashed the Shadows upon the world. She is forced to face her anger and overcome it, and ends up fighting for her friends and her father's memory. She is no longer alone. Yukari is one of the girls that Main Character has the option of dating over the course of the game. Since Yukari is very popular, he must maximize his charm statistic in order to ask her out. If the Main Character makes the correct choices, Yukari will fall in love with him, and he will help her mend her relationship with her mother.
Glycina is the monster that appears in the beginning of the Sailor Moon R movie. On their way to school, the senshi find that the people in the streets of Tokyo have had their energy drained, and have become like zombies. The people begin to attack the senshi, but the senshi realize that strange plants are attached to the people, and that the plants are controlling their zombie-like actions. Rei uses her ofuda to destroy the plants, and Usagi feels relieved to have defeated the zombies. Ami, however, points out that whatever energy source is using the flowers to control people is still in the vicinity. She uses her mini computer to find the source of the energy, and discovers a pink flower, Glycina. Upon discovering the flower, it turns into a large monster with six green legs. Glycina spots ChibiUsa, who is standing alone, and dashes toward her. Just before reaching the young girl, Usagi dives to grab ChibiUsa, crashing through a store window. Rei attempts using her ofuda, but both she and Ami are caught, and the monster begins draining their energy. Luna instructs Minako and Makoto to transform. They do so; Sailor Venus attacks with her "Venus Love Me Chain" and Sailor Jupiter attacks with her "Sparkling Wide Pressure," freeing their friends, who then transform as well. After a short fight, Glycina catches the four senshi in her vine-like arms and begins to drain their energy. Sailor Moon uses her tiara to cut the vines and free the senshi. Sailor Mars uses her "Burning Mandala" attack, and Sailor Mercury uses her "Shine Aqua Illusion" attack to freeze Glycina, giving Sailor Moon the opportunity to kill Glycina with "Moon Princess Halation."
