The Great Toad Sage is the oldest and most respected toad of all the inhabitants of Mount My�boku. Because of his age, the other toads affectionately call him Great Honorable Geezer. He is famed for his highly accurate prophecies. Being several thousand years old, he is the oldest and most respected among the population of Mount My�boku. At his great age, the Great Toad Sage seems to constantly smile and tends to have his eyes closed or squinting. He is portrayed and described as being senile, and sometimes out of touch with his present situation, so he does tend to forget things easily and quite quickly. However, when reminded, he is still able to remember things and can easily tell things very precisely. As a sage, he is also very wise, and is quick to stop Shima and Fukasaku from bickering and encourages harmony. It would seem that unlike most other toads, he actually has respect for Jiraiya, and has urged both Shima and Fukasaku to cooperate with him

As the last survivor of his clan, Knuckles lived most of his life in seclusion on Angel Island, an island floating in the air; and as such he is something of a loner. His inexperience with off-islanders leaves him very honest, and also gullible. Knuckles is shy around girls. Although he is cool and determined in battle; his short temper gives rise to situations in which Knuckles, often instigated by the trickery of Dr. Eggman, begins fighting Sonic the Hedgehog.In the anime Sonic X, when Amy asks Sonic why Knuckles wouldn't come with them, Sonic replies "That's Knuckles. He does things his own way." Although he and Sonic fight from time to time, there is an undercurrent of mutual understanding between the two. Ever since the introduction of Shadow the Hedgehog as one of Sonic's darker, more anti-heroic rivals, Knuckles' relationship with Sonic has seen as much more friendly by comparison, and they both rarely fight anymore. Additionally, Knuckles has been tasked all his life as being the Guardian of the Master Emerald, as only descendants of his tribe are capable of controlling it. If Sonic exemplifies the wind, then Knuckles is the mountain: stern and anchored to his duty. However he finds Sonic's adventurous lifestyle enviable. Various literature from the early games list his favorite food as being fruit, or to be more specific, grapes. He also is described as hating strong light; in Casino Park in Sonic Heroes, if you keep the characters still for long enough he'll say, "Everything is so twinkling and bright. I hate it!!" Shion is a priestess from the Land of Demons. She was born with two gifts: to seal away demons, and to predict someone's death. She had never been wrong until she met Naruto. When she made her first appearance, Shion acted very selfishly toward everyone; her mindset being that she was more important than anyone else, therefore it was peoples' duty to give their life for her, shown in the first comment which she made, casually dismissing the fact that many people died for her by saying that their wish was to leave her unharmed. Toward the end of the movie, she develops feelings for Naruto, and even asks him to help father her child. Naruto, clueless as always, accepts without realizing the second meaning of her question.

A dark medical ninja who sought to revive the demon god, Moryo. By allowing his spirit to take shelter within his own body, he and his minions sought out to kill the priestess Shion while they recovered Moryo's physical body. In the end, Moryo killed him just as Shion was about to finish the sealing ritual.

Shizuku was a kunoichi who hailed from the Land of Demons. Shizuku is shown to be a graceful fighter with maneuvers of a rhythmic gymnast. Her primary battle tactics while under the influence of Yomi's dark chakra revolve around water-chakra. She can easily create large scale jutsu that can overwhelm the entire area or attack from huge distances. She can also move at great speed with little effort by gliding on a stream of water. If faced with a life-threatening attack, she can turn herself into water. Shizuku is the lone female member of Yomi's team on a quest to release M�ry�. During the first encounter with Naruto and his team, she demonstrated impressive fire-chakra skills that nearly killed Naruto. During the second battle, Shizuku performs the initial attack to separate Shion from her protectors by attacking them with an enormous Water Dragon. Neji is surprised to see that she has such tremendous mastery of water-chakra because he detected no such chakra in her during the previous fight.
