Werner is the long-lost father of Virginia Maxwell. He was a member of the Council of Seven, a team of scientists who, ten years prior to the start of the game, were conducting experiments to restore the pulse of life to Filgaia in a facility known as the Yggdrasil. Unfortunately, the experiment went awry and did the exact opposite, sucking most of the remaining life from the planet, leaving most of it an expansive desert. Dario is one of Janus Cascade's henchmen in Wild Arms 3. He follows Janus Cascade and Romero Gigio around the wasteland, fighting, stealing and pillaging. Dario has a classic Black Bart look to him, but his actions belie his appearance, and he is every bit as much of a coward as Romero, which also results in him being abused by Janus. Dario attacks with a Gillius TH12/23, which resembles a Dirty Harry type magnum. He also has a bad habit of leaving his fly undone... When Janus had obtained all three shields, Dario and Romero were swept away in the wind, and were both presumed dead. But at the end of the game, they are seen in Little Twister. Romero is one of Janus Cascade's henchmen in Wild Arms 3. Not much is known about Romero, but he and his buddy Dario Nicolodi are followers of Janus Cascade, and the three of them journey the wasteland together. Romero is a bit cowardly and often loses his nerve, and with Janus not taking well to rookies, poor Romero often gets hit in the nose with the butt of hiss boss's Bayonet. Romero fights like a ninja, tossing stilettos at his opponents. He, along with Dario Nicolodi were swept away when Janus got ahold of all three of the shields and they were both presumed dead. First appearing at Machina Bridge, Nessiah is one of Gulcasa's Five Dragon Generals as well as Gulcasa's main strategist. The two of them appear to be fairly close. The extras list his age as "unknown", but the official site states him to be nineteen years old, at least in appearance. Although he seems to be a loyal member of the Imperial Army, he betrays them after Gulcasa captures Yggdra, killing all his men and informing Milanor of where Gulcasa is taking Yggdra before killing himself. However, he appears again a few battlefields later to scold Milanor and the Royal Army for not moving quickly enough. Nessiah is actually a fallen angel, and the creator of the Gran Centurio. When he lived in Asgard, he went by the name "Aries", and was a pure-hearted idealist—so much so that he refused to fight demons, because he was a pacifist. Asgard hated him for his stance, and it eventually led to his downfall, which is implied to have been orchestrated by Hector (the villain of the overarching story of Dept Heaven). Blinded, stripped of his wings, and bound by the Chains of Conviction—which force him to exist eternally, without being able to age or die—Nessiah was cast down to Yggdra's world; as soon as he regained himself from the trauma, he gave the Gran Centurio to Yggdra's family, and whenever the human world became too peaceful, he provoked conflicts that turned into wars. It is revealed that it was he who seduced Nietzsche's sister into stealing the Undine race's most precious treasure: the Transmigragem, an artifact which allows the Undines to survive as a species. And, as if to close the deal on what he has done to their race, he was also the one who coaxed the Undines to slaughter humans by giving them a dubious claim that the blood of humans could be used to make an elixir that could prolong the lives of existing Undines when used; preserving their race in the process. A twenty-one-year-old bounty hunter who harries the Royal Army several times throughout the game in an attempt to capture Yggdra. He's also shown once pursuing the bounty on Cruz. His persistence is noted by several characters, as Milanor jokes that Mizer probably has a crush on her, but Mizer is known to act cautiously and retreat once he's taken a certain amount of damage. Seventeen years of age and a griffon breeder, Kylier is Milanor's longtime friend and supporter, and an honorary member of his band of thieves. While she's ordinarily a kind and cheerful girl, noticing that Milanor has taken up with Yggdra causes her to be rude, crude, and suspicious. Although Milanor doesn't understand why, it's revealed to the player that Kylier acts like this because she's in love with him. She has jumped to conclusions that Milanor loves Yggdra, making her incredibly jealous. Kylier's reasons for hating Yggdra go deeper than that, though&mdash;it turns out that Yggdra's family were responsible for destroying the civilization of the Vanir, Kylier's race, and exiled them to the barren wastes of Lost Aries. While over the course of the game, Kylier grows to like Yggdra as a person, their conflicting ideas on war and Kylier's bitterness towards Yggdra prevents her from permanently joining up with the Royal Army. In the end, Kylier sacrifices herself to allow the Royal Army to move forward in their conquest of Bronquia, which impacts Milanor deeply (and causes him to realize his own feelings for her). Aegina Eine Artwaltz is one of the twin valkyries under Gulcasa's command. Both she and her sister Luciana are of eighteen years of age. It is revealed in the Yggdra Union's prequel game, Blaze Union, that she and her twin sister were actually born as the princesses of Fantasinia, but an order to assassinate them came right after they were born. A soldier managed to smuggle them out of the country, after which they were adopted by a noble named Marquis Albelt and raised in seclusion within his city. Aegina was told that she and Luciana were abandoned because of the old superstition that twins were bad luck, and the two of them spent their lives learning to fight so that they could one day kill the father who abandoned them as well as Yggdra, the younger sister who replaced them.
