Weary from rebuilding the Hellsing Organization's army from the Valentine Brothers' attack, as well as being dismissed from a vampire attack by MI-5 (and bothered by an ominous premonition from Alucard), Sir Integra Wingates Hellsing received a surprise visit from Laura, her sister living in the Essex area. The visit was friendly but soon unusual events were occurring: Seras Victoria was being restrained by Walter, Alucard has his first encounter with the masochistic vampire Incognito, and Integra herself was unusually fatigued. She then realized all too late the sad truth – she was an only child, and the woman claming to be her sister was in fact a vampiric assassin. "Laura Hellsing" is in reality a Baobhan Sith – a Celtic vampire often referred to as "the White Woman". Baobhan Sith often wear long green gowns, and have been known to use hypnotism to ensnare its victims. This particular one had stabbed Integra in the stomach before drawing her blood... then Alucard (because of Incognito's boasting) realized what was happening, interrupted and slew the beast before Integra was killed. And as a result, Walter was released from the enchantment that forced him to restrain Seras and both raced to Integra's aid. However, because she was bitten, Integra nearly kills herself by stabbing herself in the neck to draw out the creature's taint from her body. She was later saved in a hastily-arranged operation by Dr. Trevelyan soon afterward. (source: Absolute Anime)

Leif aka Huger and his girlfriend Jessica were a couple of low level youngster vampires misguided into a belief that they can become immortal by killing off 13 random families on a road. They've managed to kill 4 before clashing with Hellsing operatives to our pair's great surprise. In Hellsing manga vampire boyfriend's name has never been mentioned so in different adaptations authors went with different versions: in Hellsing TV series he is called "Leif" multiple times while in Hellsing Ultimate character's name is never spoken out loud, yet noted as "Huger" in the end credits of episode one.
This masochistic vampire is from "the dark continent," a reference to Africa. Though physically androgynous, he is generally thought to be male. Extremely powerful, he combines dark magic with an enchanted ArmsCor 40 mm grenade launcher that fires spines. Incognito vomits into the launcher's cartridges before loading; and he also is known to have a gatling gun as backup. During the final plot arc of the series, he summons a snake-like being referred to as Set (presumably the Egyptian god of chaos) and takes it into his body in order to use its power to attack Alucard. Incognito has regenerative powers which seem to be related to the purple stripes and sigils covering his body. It has also been argued that, while Alucard may be inspired by - or is - Count Dracula, Incognito may have been inspired by the vampire Count Orlok, from the 1922 silent movie 'Nosferatu: The Vampyre'. Incognito does not appear in the manga and his name comes from the literal definition of the word, incognito. Alucard also states in episode nine that Incognito is an anagram. (Source: Wikipedia)
A foreign exchange college student who appears in Episode 3. He is actually the first artificial vampire shown implanted with the 'freak chip' as he attempts to turn another student Mick, with whom he was heavily implied to have been in a romantic relationship, into a vampire for the sake of "being together forever". After being apprehended and later placed in the morgue with the chip removed he is believed dead. This is later disproved when he comes back to "life" in search for Mick. Anderson was sent by the Iscariot Organization to destroy the foreign vampire but is rudely interrupted when Alucard is the one to kill him. (source: Wikipedia)
Under disguise of a newly assigned priest from the small village of Cheddar concealed a dangerous vampire, he silently killed several people until villagers were able to expose the culprit, unfortunately for them, that only resulted in a slaughter to vampire's great delight. What had happened in Cheddar did not escape the attention of the local authorities who sent there a police squad with a young police officer Seras Victoria, nor it escaped the attention of Hellsing organization and their best expert in supernatural threats, Alucard. For Cheddar Priest it only left to wait for them accompanied by his new ghoul minions, an armed pack of mindless animated corpses, those who fell prey to the vampire.
