A mace wielder that runs a blacksmith shop in Aincrad on the 48th floor. She made Asuna's rapier "Lament Light" and one day got a request from Kirito to make him a sword with similar or better quality than his one handed long sword "Elucidator" that he got from a monster drop. She told him that if she had the right materials she could make weapons that would break any sword, so they formed a party and went on a journey to find the material she needed. Because of that journey she came to the conclusion that she felt lonely and yearned for warmth. In ALO, she is Leprechaun race blacksmith. A player who was killed inside a city, which is said to be impossible as there is a protection code preventing players to lose HP inside the city area. His name is written as Caynz but Yoruko gave a false name Kains to Kirito and Asuna to throw them off. There was a person with the same name who died in a Piercing DoT(damage over time) a year before the inside the area incident. They based their plan with this information and matched the time of death with the time the real Kains died. He is part of the guild Golden Apple. It got disbanded when their guild leader Griselda died. He and his friend Yoruko suspected that there was someone from the guild who killed the guild leader for the rare item they picked up earlier. They proceeded to do a plan to scare the culprit into confessing in the makeshift grave of the leader by making it that the guild leader rose from the dead and starts to kill the guild members inside the city.

Ronye Arabel is Kirito's valet who learns swordsmanship under him. She is the daughter of a 6th class Noble Family; like Tieze, she entered Sword Mastery Academy trying to raise her family status. She was one of the top 12 of her year, so she became a valet, but what she does not know is that Kirito did not choose her. Instead she was left along with Tieze after all other elite swordsmen selected their valets. The reason for this was that they were from the lowest Noble Class, so none of the noble elite swordsmen wanted to take them as their valets. (Source: Sword Art Online Wikia)
