Meito Anizawa, also known as Anime Tenchou, is the manager of the Animate shop that Konata regularly visits; he was originally the mascot of Animate. He and his staff consider Konata their most valued customer known as "Legendary Girl A" and go to great lengths to sell to her. Their attempts usually fail miserably. His appearance is heavily stylized compared to the other characters, and he is known for his hot-blooded yelling and highly energetic movements and poses. A boy who lives on the planet Plated Witch and appears in episodes 34 and 35 of Galaxy Express 999. Wheeler desperately wishes to be able to be plated in gold as he has been oppressed his entire life by being poor and without it. This includes being kept away from the girl he loves, Mekki Gold. When the 999 arrives on Plated Witch, Wheeler takes the opportunity to steal Maetel's suitcase, hoping to sell it for funds to get him gold plating. He is pursued by Tetsuro however and the two quickly come to blows. Eventually Wheeler is convinced by the death of his mother and Tetsuro to attack the heart of the planet such that the gold plating will vanish from the entire planet and make everyone equal. He and Tetsuro are successful, and Wheeler is reunited with Mekki.

Unfortunately, she was fatally wounded by an akuma's poison (which did not take effect until Miranda exhausted her Innocence) when the Akuma attacked her ship. Even knowing this, she acted normal until the last moment to keep Lenalee calm. She eventually died when Miranda left the ship and the effects of Time Record ceased. She is not an Exorcist, but she can cast spells using a talisman. In the anime, Anita is the owner of the best hotel in the area. She was shown using Finder-barriers to help the exorcists in their battle against the swarm of Akuma.
The main antagonist and creator of the golems. He has a very laid back and friendly personality. He is Anima's twin older brother, who came from the future to destroy the planet with his biscuit hammer. He possess great magical powers and desires ultimate knowledge. He considers himself to be a God.
