Short Overview Baki is one of the strongest Sand Jonin in the Sand village. He is an important member of the Sunagakure's advisory council and is probably the second-in-command after the Kazekage and is respected throughout the whole village. He is also probably the Fourth Kazekage's most trusted Jonin as he was in charge of the invasion in to Konoha and the team leader of Team Baki, which consists of Gaara,Temari and Kankuro, the Fourth Kazekage 's children. It is speculated that he is very strong, considering that he was the teacher of Gaara who later became the Fifth Kazekage, who is probably in Part 1 and 2 the strongest and most dangerous ninja in the Sand Village. Personality Baki is a loyal, kind and respected ninja. With his experience in battle, he holds a lot of confidence. He has a soldier personality, a patriot. A caring and kind person, but if anything comes in his village or country's way or his loved ones, he will do anything to stop it. During the Chuunin exam, he had confidence in the ability of all of his team members, although he comments on Kankuro not taking the battles seriously enough. He also worries frequently about Gaara's mental stability and his control over Shukaku.

He is sent by MAKUBEX to attack Himiko Kudo and to stall Ginji Amano and Kurudo Akabane from reaching the main chambers of Mugenjou. While his motivations are mysterious, we can be sure that the Getbackers will run into him again.
A humanoid, charismatic rabbit with large fists. He is very cunning and a trickster. At first, he was a con-artist who tried to steal the gang's valuables. Tiger did not trust him at all and was sore about losing to him in battle. But after Tiger forgave him, he joined the team. After a while he formed strong bonds of friendship and with the others, and although he and Tiger still argued frequently, they too developed a sense of friendship. While friendly, Hare tends to be selfish and gloats about his skills. His fighting style revolves around boxing, flying kicks and flatulence (removed from the U.S. version). Although he was often reminded of his shifty past by his teammates (particularly Tiger), Hare became the team planner and often devised cunning battle strategies, rescue operations and even methods of retreat when necessary. The most frequently recurring villain in the series. His speech follows the conventions of Mojo Jojo in the original Japanese dub of Powerpuff Girls; he does not speak quickly, but ends his sentences with "Mojo". He was a normal monkey mistreated by some humans in the Tokyo City Zoo until he was affected by a black light from Chemical Z making him highly intelligent, seeking revenge on all humans. Now he can fly and has some martial arts abilities. He is still about the same size as the original as the giant cape conceals his small figure (in some concept art, Mojo controls mechanical legs under his giant cape, which makes him look taller than he really is). Mojo also possesses a destructive - though largely redundant - robot called Mojo Robo, which is often modified in each episode. Mojo currently lives in an abandoned house next to the Tokyo City Tower, where he repairs Mojo Robo, builds other devices, eating whatever food he bought or stole, and spends some quality time watching TV. He seems to have an obsession with food, mainly sweets (which he shares with Blossom). Mojo Jojo's true plan is to take over the world, but it appears that food is important to him to accomplish his ambition. Like the original, he is also responsible for the creation of the Rowdyruff Boys. Unfortunately, the boys don't have any respect for him and use his parental love for them to their advantage. They refer to him as Mama, until they abandon him when they no longer need to use him. Episode 33 hints that Mojo harbors feelings for Ms. Keane, who was very kind to Mojo despite both his appearance and his actions in episode 19. Like many recurring characters he has his own symbol, a bunch of bananas. However, in the TV airing of episode 1, Mojo had his Initials (M J Y, The first letter of each Kana of his name) in the background. Captain of the Capulet Guards who saved Juliet and Cordelia from death fourteen years ago. Now a priest, he looks after Juliet, though he is exasperated by her antics. It is Conrad who reveals to Juliet her secret heritage on the day of her sixteenth birthday when he presents to her the sword of the House of Capulet. He fights with a sword in battle. He later acts as the de-facto leader of the Capulet faction, planning an assassination attempt on Lord Montague (he wants to only kill the Duke so that less blood is spilled); however, after being betrayed by his old friend Camio, he is injured in a Montague raid against the Capulet supporters. Since his escape, he has been under the care of Ariel. When he recovers, he presents the Capulet family sword to Juliet again, reviving her resolve for the Capulet's cause. When Juliet disappears after Montague's defeat, he orders Francisco and Curio to search for her. He is evacuated from the castle during the battle for Juliet. A narcoleptic 14 year boy and the main protagonist. He was kidnapped along with his older sister Mizuka 11 years ago, on September 2, 1996, but only Tarou was rescued alive. Since then, he has out-of-body experiences (O.B.Es) during his sleep, and has the habit of recording what he sees in them in order to figure out the reason for it. He is currently seeking help from the school psychologist to help him work them out, and remember details from certain dreams. He wants to meet his sister again in the kakuriyo (spirit world) as there are things he wishes to ask. Tarou is unable to remember the face of his kidnapper and has flashbacks containing a black giant taking his sister away. Tarou is portrayed as kind and polite, worrying about the health of his mother more than himself. In the aftermath of an accident at the Komagusu family's shrine, he discovered an ability to apparently travel inside his own brain. During astral projection, when he begins to feel distinct emotions of rage and hatred, his spirit begins to transform into a dog-like apparition. This has only occurred twice, during confrontations with the apparent spirit of the man who kidnapped him and his sister 11 years ago. Recently, his form, having apparently stabilized during his astral projection, seems to have taken his human shape. He eventually comes to the conclusion that Miyako is the reincarnation of Mizuka, his dead sister, and thinks this causes his feelings for Miyako. The three friends also found out that Taro and Mizuka were the replacements of Makoto in being kidnapped. He later realizes that his sister's spirit has been living within him all along and that his feelings of love for Miyako were actually real.
