Suneo is the fox-faced (inherited from his mother) rich kid who loves to flaunt his material wealth before everyone. He is often seen with Gian, serving as Gian's lackey while they bully Nobita together, though deep down he fears and despises him as much as everyone else. Some of the stories start with Suneo showing off some new video game or toy which evokes Nobita's envy. He has an extensive knowledge of science, and is a talented artist and designer. He has the habit to invite Gian and Shizuka to something or someplace, but always leave Nobita out with one excuse or another. In some scenes, Suneo is seen as a narcissist who loves to stare at himself in the mirror while telling himself that he is the most handsome guy in the world. He is still a bed-wetter and needs to wear diapers when he sleeps, despite being in the fourth grade. He considers this humiliating habit his secret weakness. Suneo is also very self-conscious about his height, being the shortest kid in his class. (Source: Wikipedia)

Obito Uchiha was teammates with Kakashi Hatake and Rin under the Fourth Hokage. Obito was frequently late for missions due to the random good deeds he would carry out, which greatly irritated Kakashi. He also seemed to have had a crush on Rin. When Rin is kidnapped during the Kakashi Gaiden arc, Kakashi, the current team leader, insisted that they continue the mission instead of saving her. Citing that those who do not save their teammates are no better than trash, Obito refused and eventually managed to persuade Kakashi to join him. During their rescue effort Kakashi lost his left eye as a result of an enemy ninja's attack, and Obito awakened his Sharingan to save Kakashi and defeat the ninja. Once finding Rin, Obito again saved Kakashi by pushing him out of the way of a rock slide, though has his right side crushed in the process. Unable to escape with his teammates, Obito had Rin implant his remaining Sharingan eye in Kakashi's damaged eye socket as a gift. In chapter 599 it is revealed that Tobi is actually Obito Uchiha who was teammates with Kakashi Hatake and Rin under the Fourth Hokage.

Section 2 Division 2 Team 1: The bubbly, perky, red-headed labor otaku from Hokkaid. The main character of the show, Noa is usually the one at the center of the action. Noa loves her labor much like a pet and named it "Alphonse", a name previously held by a pet dog and a pet cat she had while growing up. She's impulsive and doesn't think things through, but not nearly as much as Ohta. Noa is arguably the best pilot in Division 2, although both Clancy and Kumagami have shown extreme talent as well but rarely pilot. She has a natural affinity for labors and gets 110% out of it, much to her partner's amazement. She can drink quite a bit more than her coworkers, and recovers from hangovers much faster since her family runs a liquor store. (Source: Wikipedia)

The loose cannon of the Special Vehicles Second Division, Ota constantly gets himself in over his head which leads to some humorous, interesting, and sometimes even good outcomes. Ota has a deep love and obsession with guns and although he the type to shoot first and ask questions later, he is actually a really good shot. He is usually the pilot of Second Division's Unit 2 Patlabor.

Keigo is typically a goofy and an extremely hyper-active character, often using overly-dramatic movements and words to act out his feelings. In other respects, he is the stereotypical Japanese teenager: he enjoys watching fireworks, playing role-playing-games, going to beach parties, and so forth. Originally little more than a source of comic relief, Keigo becomes a more prominent character later in the series. The Asano family consists of Keigo's mother, father, his sister Mizuho, and Keigo himself. Like Tatsuki Arisawa, he is unusual in that he lives with both of his parents, unlike many other recurring characters in the series. A good-natured teenager, Keigo is used mainly for comical effect, usually in situations involving failed attempts to woo girls and interacting with Ichigo. He is good friends with fellow student Mizuiro Kjima, whose calm, innocent demeanor, and success with women acts as a foil to Keigo's impulsive, wannabe personality. Keigo appears to be a shallow character at first glance, with a passion for slacking off. Indeed, he takes great pride in not making it to the honors roster (higher than the 50th ranking) and labels those who do so "traitors" (including Ichigo and Chad, who made the 23rd and 11th ranks respectively). However, Mizuiro states that Keigo is much smarter than his bad grades show. Later, it is revealed that Keigo can see ghosts and even soul reapers, in the Hueco Mundo/Arrancar arc. The first soul reaper Keigo ever saw was Ikkaku Madarame, who saved him from an arrancar. Keigo also got to see Ichigo in soul reaper form, before Ichigo left for Hueco Mundo at Urahara's underground training site, with Tatsuki and Mizuiro. (Source: Wikipedia)
