Tsugumi is a hitwoman who was raised and trained by Claude of the Beehive Gangsters.Tsugumi is originally introduced as a guy who transfers to Chitoge's class, and has orders to protect her from Raku, whom she thinks forced Chitoge into the relationship. She and Chitoge are childhood friends; she tries to keep a ten year old promise of becoming strong to protect Chitoge. However, after Raku treats her nicely, she begins to develop some feelings for him, even though she is too stubborn and embarrassed to admit it. In America, her assassin code name is "Black Tiger," who had a rivalry with "White Fang." She does well academically, having ranked next to Chitoge on a yearly exam. Later when she learns that Chitoge and Raku had been having a fake relationship from the start for the reason of only to stop their families from fighting. She investigates their individual feelings for each other to know if she has a chance. She comes to the conclusion to give up in order for Chitoge to be happy and one day when alone with Raku in the classroom, she places her hands over his ears and confesses her love so that he doesn't hear it. Mouri Kogorou is a private detective and Ran's father. Some time ago, he worked in the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Division One with Inspector Megure, but while an excellent marksman he was not a particularly good investigator. Around the time Mouri left the police force, his wife Kisaki Eri also moved out, though they have never officially divorced despite ten years having passed. Mouri has an overinflated sense of his own importance and detective prowess to the point where he doesn't investigate why he is suddenly and consistently passing out at crime scenes and solving cases in his sleep with different deductions than he was making while awake. He is also frequently unprofessional in his work, frequently making sarcastic and blunt comments about suspects or even his own clients. On cases, Mouri is typically lax with his deductions and investigation, following only the most obvious clues or assumptions to reach his conclusions, which are often silly or fall directly into a culprit's trap. The police, especially Megure, often find him to be an embarrassment while awake and hope to see "Nemuri no Kogorou" (Sleeping Detective) as soon as possible. Mouri does have a serious side which only emerges when the case has personal importance to him, such as when Eri and Ran are involved. When this happens, Mouri's entire personality and demeanor changes and he begins acting professionally, demonstrating improved deductive skills and cunning. While he is not up to the standards of Shinichi and he still can have problems with finding clues, his logical reasoning becomes better, and Mouri often demonstrates he has a better sense of interpersonal relationships than Shinichi does. Mouri easily becomes infatuated with beautiful women. His favorite celebrity is pop idol Okino Yoko, and he never misses (or tries not to miss) her television shows. He also keeps a large collection of Yoko related goods and his office and bedroom have Yoko posters. Because of his flirtatious behavior around attractive women, he often embarrasses Ran, and while it is not stated as the reason why Eri left him, it is one of the primary reasons why she hasn't come back. While never outright called an alcoholic, Mouri has a tendency to get intoxicated and Shinichi/Conan often makes sarcastic remarks about him spending money on alcohol. In the anime, particularly in early episodes, his office is littered with empty beer cans, and he keeps a well-stocked liquor shelf. Mouri is also a heavy smoker, and is usually seen with a cigarette in his mouth. Other hobbies include watching his favorite idol star, Okino Yoko, betting on horse races, playing mahjong (which he tends to lose) and playing or watching baseball (he even plays in his neighborhood's team). In the movies, Mouri suffers from a mild acrophobia (fear of heights) and is quite uncomfortable in high settings where he has the chance to see how high up he is. He does not have this fear in the manga.
Angol Moa is the "King of Terror", who is ditzy and insecure as a result of her impact from space. She was sent to planet Earth to arrive in July 1999 for Earth's destruction, as predicted by Nostradamus, under orders from her father. She states during her first appearance that she told Nostradamus to deliver a message to the humans warning them of her arrival. In the anime, she arrives 500 years too early and takes a nap in orbit, until she wakes up in 2004, 5 years too late. In the manga, she lands near Fuyuki, while in the anime, she lands on Giroro's tent. In both, she is taken into the Hinatas' home, where she is nursed back to health by Natsumi. When she wakes up, she reveals her true form and starts to destroy the Earth, until Keroro, who arrives later, is persuaded by Fuyuki to stop Mois. The Angols use seemingly magical weapons to destroy planets. Her weapon is the "Lucifer Spear", which, when not in use, looks and functions like a cellphone. When she is using her attack, "Hellmageddon", the Lucifer Spear becomes a golden staff with a crescent moon on one end and a meteor on the other end. She uses the meteor end to initiate Hellmageddon. She is close friends with Keroro, who she calls oji-sama, which means, roughly, "uncle". Whenever she sees anyone hitting Keroro is any way, she transforms and uses a watered down version of Hellmageddon, which usually catches others, including Keroro, in the blast. Tamama often competes with her for Keroro's attention (and affection). Her transformation sequences, stylized costume, and related accessories may make her a parody of the magical girl genre. As an added note, Mois' Pekopon form wears a hair clip explicitly in the shape of the Science Patrol's Ryuusei-mark in the anime (while the girl whose form/soul she "borrowed" has a Ultra Garrison-mark hair clip). Her name is frequently used in puns on the Japanese phrase moe-moe, which usually refers to a cute girl who appeals to older members of the audience. To blend in with the Earth people, Mois also transforms into a tanned, bleached-blonde teenage kogal who is always seen in a school uniform and loose socks. Her true form is a pale gray-haired girl who wears a purple-and-white magical girl costume. Although the King of Terror, she is anything but terrifying. She's sweet, clumsy, and peppy but can be scary when she's in Angol form, and uses her Lucifer Spear to split the Earth. She got her Earth-look from when she first arrived in 1999 (2004 in the anime), before she met the Hinatas. In the anime she saw a teenage girl (named Masami) who was beating up some thugs in order to protect her friends. Amazed by her courage, she decided to be like that girl and chose her appearance as her Earth-form. Sun is the daughter of mermaid Yakuza Seto Group's boss, Seto Gozaburo. She is a firm believer in the chivalrous spirit of mermaids, and is devoted to her role as Nagasumi's wife. He is a tall and muscular man with long hair slicked in the back and a long light beard. He wears an outfit from India and has golden arm bands around his wrists. He is at least as old as over his 50s, suggesting he's one of the senior members. Sehrul is shown to be a gentle and passive man, as seen when he stops Kushinada Chikage from pinching herself as punishment. He believes "the punishments of martial arts should be dealt by martial arts." Of the masters, he is the only one not excited about pitting his disciple against Kenichi. However, he has a lethal side to him as well, as seen when he attacks the marma points of the forces sent to detain him, with enough power to kill them had not the Ryozanpaku masters intervened and saved them. His gentleness is also mentioned by his disciple, who wanted to defeat Kenichi in order to put Rachel Stanley under his care and thus save her from the harm of Silcardo Jenazad. He also seems to have an aptitude for tolerance, as his personality rubbed off on his disciple, contrasting largely with Diego Carlo's flashy personality. Despite his overall passivity, Sehrul believes that the true form of the Satsujin Ken is emotionless. When Hongou Akira arrives at the Yami meeting after Kanou Shou's death, Sehrul comments that one must be heartless in order to effectively utilize the Satsujin Ken, disapproving of Shou inheriting his techniques. How he managed to get his disciple, a Dou fighter, to take upon or bypass this limit effectively is unknown, though it could be that he taught him to keep his emotions within himself and unleash them through his martial arts.
