Radio was present when Black Lotus called for the dissolution of the treaty. When her plan was rejected, she beheaded the Red King, Red Rider, to the shock of the other kings, who then attacked her. Lotus went into hiding and hadn't been heard from for two years. He is also known as the Radioactive Disturber. This implies that his attacks are based around the effects of radiation. Yellow Radio's abilities rely on illusions in order to disorient his opponents. However, since he is the Yellow King, he is able to battle Black Lotus on equal grounds. His weapon is a baton that is apparently strong enough to withstand strikes from Black Lotus' blades. Black Vice has shown to be very calm no matter what situation arises. He is also quite laid-back, as shown when Silver Crow broke out of his move, Static Pressure, and when Black Lotus appeared and challenged him. (Source: Accel World Wikia)

Ruka is very brash and acts as a tomboy compared to Itosu who has an opposite personality compared to hers. She acts without thinking ahead, going straight into battle against her opponents which easily let Black Lotus to defeat her swiftly. However, she is very polite in the real world as seen during her meeting with Kuroyukihime and she holds high regards for her master and the rules that he set for her and Itosu. Ruka became the child of her master after he moved to Okinawa. A student at Umesato Junior High School and a member of the Kendo Club. He's a Burst Linker with the ability to "take" any killer move, reinforced exterior or ability from other Burst Linkers. He takes Silver Crow wings. He was doublecrossed by Lime Bell who said she would "join" him and Silver Crow had his wings returned despite her "betrayal". He lost and was uninstalled with no memory of the AW, hence proving Kuroyukihime's theory.
