Reggie is the older (and kinder) brother of Paul. Currently residing in Veilstone City as a breeder. Reggie first appeared in Lost Leader Strategy!. During this meeting, he and Ash battled in a three-on-three match; although Ash's Staravia lost to his Swalot, Turtwig and Pikachu successfully defeated his Bibarel and Staraptor respectively. Reggie has earned the 8 badges from Kanto, Johto, Hoenn and Sinnoh. He has also challenged the Battle Frontier and won six of the seven Frontier Symbols. He decided to become a Breeder after failing to get the Brave Symbol, as revealed in Aiding the Enemy. Unlike his younger brother, he treats his Pokémon with love and care and thanks them after working hard in a battle. This difference was also noted by Zoey who said that Paul and Reggie seemed like complete opposites. In Crossing the Battle Line!, Reggie and his Staraptor helped Ash's Staravia to learn Brave Bird. He appeared again in Enter Galactic! where he used Paul's Electabuzz to help Ash fight Team Galactic. He made a cameo appearance in Saving the World From Ruins!. He also appeared in A Pyramiding Rage!, where he watched his brother's battle against Brandon. In this episode Reggie's loss against Brandon, which was being watched by Paul, was shown in a flashback. Back then he was told by Brandon that he lacked a unique battle strategy which is why he gave up on being a Pokémon Trainer. This incident is what caused Paul to be more focused on a Pokémon's strength than anything else. Reggie reappeared in Pedal to the Mettle! and Evolving Strategies! to watch the battle between Ash and Paul, which was suggested by him at the end of A Pyramiding Rage! to see how far the two Trainers have developed.
Lila is a one-time character of the anime who appeared in the episode Battling The Generation Gap!. Her hometown is Celestic Town, where she is also known as the "Tiger Lily of Celestic Town". It was revealed that she was once Johanna's old rival. She first appeared as a child in a flashback battling Johanna in a Contest, in which she won her fourth ribbon. She was also the first person to ever defeat Johanna in contests. However she got the offer of studying for becoming a Pokémon stylist abroad and decided to quit being a Coordinator after discussing it with Johanna. She started her own fashion store as well. She also designed Wallace's outfit for Contests. After watching her rival's daughter participating in Contests, she decided to enter a Contest once more. She entered the Celestic Town Contest as did Dawn where she aimed to battle her similarly to how she battled against her mother. Both of them made it to the finals and after a hard fought battle, Dawn won the Celestic Ribbon. After the Contest, Lila let Ash and the others pick out outfits from her shop free of charge. She made a brief cameo in DP177 watching the Sinnoh Grand Festival on the television in her shop. [credit to bulbapedia]
She is a childhood friend of Dawn and Kenny, and she also sometimes calls Dawn Dee Dee (Japanese: ピカリ Pikari). She lives near a hot spring with her parents and takes care of three Swinub. In Hot Springing a Leak!, she had the water from her hot spring stolen by someone. She later found out that it had been Team Rocket siphoning the water from her hot spring's main pipe. They were planning to use her hot spring water to start their own. Later, she and Dawn defeated Team Rocket and returned the water to her own hot spring. When she parted ways from Dawn, Ash, and Brock, she told them that she would go and battle in Sinnoh's Gyms. It is unknown if she yet has any badges. She appeared in a flashback in Yes, in Dee Dee It's Dawn! along with Kenny where the reason for Dawn's nickname was revealed. [credit to bulbapedia]
Takuto is a Pokémon Trainer from Sinnoh. During the Sinnoh League, Takuto was a mysterious trainer, not really making his appearance known. He is seemingly a strong trainer and has managed to easily get through all aspects of the Pokémon League with his Darkrai. He is Latios's trainer too.
At the beginning of Rules, he is 17 years old, in his third year of high school. He's Atori's gay friend. He has a crush on Atori, and without revealing his feelings to Atori, he starts a relationship with Hikaru, whom he met in a gay cruising area. He has a timid nature, and a definite complex about being gay. He's aiming to become a novelist. (from Vanity dj)
Elesa is the Gym Leader of Nimbasa City's Gym. She specializes in Electric-type Pokémon. She gives the Bolt Badge to Trainers who defeat her. In the games, Elesa uses two Emolga and a Zebstrika. In the anime, she uses a Zebstrika, Emolga, and Tynamo.
Anime: In the anime episode For Ho-Oh the Bells Toll!, he comes off as a proud and arrogant person with a slight superiority complex and exhibits a near-religious fervor for Suicune, challenging Ash for daring to say that he'd met the legendary beast. This may just be a form of jealousy on his part, for Ash had also seen Ho-Oh as well, while he has yet to encounter any himself. In the same episode, when he finally saw Suicune, he tried to capture it partially for ego gratification, ironically making him no better than the people who he's mentioned are unworthy for it. This is somewhat interesting compared to his appearance in The Legend of Thunder! when he mentions Suicune only once, and then only in reference to the other beasts. In The Legend of Thunder!, he assists Jimmy, Marina, and Vincent in their battle against Attila and Hun. Marina falls for him because he wears a cape. He is apparently very close friends with Morty, who is also an expert on the Ecruteak legends. Morty acts as Eusine's voice of reason, trying to convince him to calm down and ease up, but to no avail. When Eusine leaves suddenly at the end of the episode, Morty's lack of surprise indicates that this has happened before. Manga: In Pokémon Adventures he is quite the showoff, especially towards women, performing flashy magic tricks and even giving out autographed pictures of himself. He flies around on a Jumpluff. He seems to be a close friend of Morty's, as the Gym Leader is helping him in the hunt for Suicune. He is first seen being spoken of by Morty, who states that Eusine had him use his powers to try and find Suicune, to no avail. After Morty is defeated by Suicune he contacts Eusine, who goes off to catch it himself. During his hunt he runs into Crystal, who accidently shocks Arckee with his Electrode, proclaiming them rivals and disappears. He then visits and old couple and tricks them into giving him Moomoo Milk by "curing" their Miltank. However Crystal followed him and found out that Eusine really put a berry in its mouth and manipulated the nice couple, to which Eusine doesn't seem to care. They then encounter Suicune, which turns out to really just be a Ditto sent by Team Rocket to distract them.
