Yuyuko is the ghost 'princess' of Hakugyokurou, the netherworld of the "formerly-living," but was once a living human. Long ago, after her death from suicide, her body was used to place a seal on the Saigyou Ayakashi, a dangerous youkai cherry tree, to stop it from killing innocent humans. During the events of Perfect Cherry Blossom, she enlisted Youmu to find a way to make the tree bloom to resurrect the corpse buried beneath it, apparently unaware that it was her own body. Forced to abandon her plan as it would only result in her own destruction and the unleashing of the Saigyou Ayakashi's terror once again, she resigned herself to continuing the existence she had been fated to. She has the power to invite mortal souls to death, and those souls who perish this way wind up in Hakugyokurou rather than heaven or hell. Though it might seem dangerous for such a whimsical, flaky personality to wield such a terrible power, Yuyuko has an immense sense of responsibility regarding her power, and never uses it recklessly or out of spite, nor does she use it as a weapon. Ironically it was this power that drove her to kill herself in the first place. Humans fear Yuyuko because of her awesome power and a general fear of the supernatural, but she is very cheerful and friendly. Unlike many ghosts she resembles a living human, and her playful, good-humored personality has a disarming effect. She often makes bizarre and nonsensical remarks and sometimes seems to overlook the obvious, leading to her characterization as an airhead or ditz. However, at other times she can be extremely cunning and perceptive and has a vast amount of knowledge; it is not known whether it is the ditzy side or the smart side that is her true personality. She seems to never take anything too seriously, and loves to tease her straight-laced assistant, Youmu, whom is her opposite in almost every way. The 3rd in command of the cult after Simon and "K", also known as the "star of wisdom," he is a very intelligent person that seems to know a lot about human psychology and always seems to be a few steps ahead of his opponents. He doesn't seem to show any emotion either and always has a smile on his face. He is the tenth child of Kamishima Simon. He has a subconscious habit observing people and biting his nail when stressed. He has an unbalanced habit and desires freedom the most. He is also Kujou Otoya's younger half-brother.

Caitlin debuted in BW090, where she participated in an exhibition match against Cynthia in the Pokémon World Tournament Junior Cup. He left home after high school and worked as an assistant to Eiji Niizuma for Crow, along with Mashiro. Fukuda had already won an honorable mention when he tried for the Tezuka Award and also got seventh place in the same issue of Akamaru Jump in which where Ashirogi's Money and Intelligence ran and got third place. Later, Fukuda competed with Ashirogi and Nakai in the Golden Future cup with his original manga, Kiyoshi Knight. Later, Fukuda successfully serializes Kiyoshi Knight, quits his job as Niizuma's assistant, and gains a new assistant named Yasuoka. His editor is Yujiro. With the serialization of Kiyoshi Knight, Fukuda became an aspiring rival to Ashirogi, Eiji, and Nakai. Among these three, he is considered to have the worst drawings, though they apparently match his stories. His drawings often border on grotesque. Fukuda is rash and often seems fueled by his emotional swings. He's very competitive, and enjoys the competition between him, Ashirogi, Eiji, and Nakai. Along with all of this, he's also rather conceited, but at the end of the day is a very good friend (and rival). Despite the relative longevity of Kiyoshi Knight, Fukuda is unsatisfied with the series and concludes it, starting Road Racer GIRI to compete with his rivals. Road Racer GIRI gets off to a good start as soon as it is released, though Fukuda frequently remarks that he needs to get people who wouldn't "draw such crappy bikes". Fukuda's Road Racer GIRI ranks higher than Ashirogi's PCP on several occasions, maintaining a high ranking that is able to compete with and surpass Niizuma's +Natural. After the Love Fest, in which Fukuda is angry at placing second to last out of seven for his love manga, GIRI receives an anime offer, stunning Fukuda and causing him to gratefully thank Yujiro with formalities.
