* In the Manga: A Sweeper who found and helped Train when he was injured. She introduced him to a new world, so to speak, and helped him become the man he is now. Their relationship was deep, and was not romantic (According to Train), but may have been if given more time. As the manga progresses, we learn more about Saya and her relationship with Train, as well as about Train's childhood and traumatic past. Her weapon of choice in both the manga and anime is a Beretta 93R, and her special technique was ricocheting bullets at different angles and velocities. * In the Anime: Saya appeared suddenly to Train on a rooftop one night, and the two of them shared a strange friendship that spanned only a few days. Still, those few days seemed to be enough to cause a change in Train. Saya influenced Train to do what he wanted to do and live freely, which causes Train to decide not to follow Chrono's orders anymore, as he leaves. Creed, who admired Train's way of killing and felt a paranoic obsession with Train, watches from afar until he gets the chance to one day meet with Saya when Train's not around, and kill her. Except for the timeline changes, the situation between Saya and Train is pretty much the same as in the manga.

He is the sacrifice of the male Zero pair. He is the more cruel and brutal of the two; however, they are both rather blunt and cold towards others. A good example of this is in volume 5, when Ritsuka rushes home after curfew, and Soubi remarks that Ritsuka will probably get a "beating". Natsuo and Youji are both amused by this, and say, "A mother abusing her child! That's the best!" while grinning happily. Nagisa is unashamedly biased towards Youji, often ignoring Natsuo. According to Youji, this is because he bears a significant resemblance to Nagisa's younger sister. (Source: Wikipedia)

She is an easily angered woman who conducts experiments and creates humans who cannot feel physical pain. Although Nagisa is very young in appearance, it is later revealed that Nagisa is over 30 years old. Her background, and affiliation are unknown. She had a sister, but what has become of her has not yet been confirmed. She created Youji after the image of her younger sister, perhaps in remembrance or to ease the pain in her heart, but exact reasons are still unknown. Her over-the-top behavior and strange lifestyle leaves her alone and alienated. She befriends Nana, and shamefully confesses that she is her only friend. Her relationship with Ritsu is an intriguing one. She puts up a front of hating him deeply, and wishing for nothing more than to see him fail. However, there are small moments that reveal possibly more intimate feelings, as she blushes deeply whenever he is near her or touches her, though she steadfastly denies caring for him. Starting in volume 3 and finishing in volume 4, she makes a bet with Ritsu that her older Zero pair, Yamato and Koya, can beat Ritsuka's Soubi. Ultimately, Yamato and Koya are defeated, and Nagisa's sibling rivalry-like attitude towards Ritsu continues. (Source: Wikipedia)
