* First appearance: Battle 266 * Type: Sei * Type: Satsujin Ken * Martial Arts: Chinese Kenpo Ro Jisei was one of Ma Sougetsu's old friends and, according to Ma Kensei, was responsible for leading him down the path of the Satsujin Ken. He was a member of Yami and Chou Enshin's master. He is a member of the One Shadow Nine Fists while Ma Sougetsu is not present. Ro first appeared with his features mostly hidden during the One Shadow Nine Fists meeting after the death of Kanou Shou, to which he expresses his belief that Shou wasn't worthy of inheriting his techniques without explicitly stating his reason. After that, he doesn't appear again until his disciple's match against Tanimoto Natsu. Ro and Sougetsu watch the fight until Tanimoto wins the match and earn the Moon symbol of Yomi. Ro's fate as well as Chou's after they are replaced is unknown, but it is implied that he is either training his disciple or is in search for another disciple after his own was disposed of.
Seishiro's mother. She appears very briefly in the anime and in the manga. She was killed by her son in their house's garden when he was 15.
T�hru Shir� (née Magami) is Kamui's mother and shadow sacrifice, as one of the Magami clan. T�hru burns along with the house that she and Kamui lived in while on Okinawa. It is explained in the anime that she died to postpone or alleviate the disasters that would befall Kamui in the time leading up to the promised day (thus acting as his shadow sacrifice), and in the manga, that she acted as a sacrifice to prevent the premature destruction of the planet itself. Hinoto attributes T�hru's fiery death to the concentrated effect that global warming was having on the Earth. Originally, she was supposed to give birth to the first Sacred Sword, but Saya took her place. T�hru was personally in contact with the former Chairman of Clamp Academy — indeed, T�hru was just ending a phone call with her when the effects of acting as shadow sacrifice of Kamui/the Earth were set into motion, igniting her flesh. T�ru's death occurs just prior to the beginning of the first volume of the manga (chronologically) and is what causes Kamui to return to Tokyo after a six year absence. In the movie, she dies in a similar fashion by being burned to death, however she was able to give Kamui his Sacred Sword while she was dying and her last words were for Kamui were for him to go to Tokyo for the final battle and informs him about the Dragons of Heaven and the Dragons of Earth at the beginning of the film. Tokiko Magami is Kamui's aunt and the nurse at Fūma and Kotori's school. Tokiko attempts to alert Kamui to the significance of his ancestry and of his role in the end of the world, but they are interrupted by a battle at Togakushi Shrine in the manga, while Kamui is highly skeptical of her claim to being his mother's younger sister (despite her unmistakable resemblance to T�hru) in the anime TV series. After being attacked by shikigami in the form of "men in black", Tokiko arrives at the Togakushi Shrine severely injured just in time to give birth to the second Sacred Sword before the eyes of Kamui and Fūma. Tokiko was apparently in contact with Imonoyama Nokoru and the former Chairman of Clamp Academy. Her final message to Kamui is delivered through a video entrusted to the director of Clamp Academy, where she explains the choice Kamui must make and to carefully consider who he wishes to protect as well as what he truly desires for the Earth's fate. In the X Tarot set, she and her sister represent The Tower.
A member of the Manga Society, Takayanagi is on friendly terms with the Genshiken members and is seen conversing with them from time to time on various matters. In one notable instance, he finds himself in the unenviable position in the middle of the battle between the girls of his club and Ogiue, who had attempted to join. He is much relieved when the Genshiken takes Ogiue in, as the other girls in Genshiken are already hated by the Manga Society girls for various reasons.
An agent of Section 2. Henrietta's handler and Jean's younger brother. Unlike the other fratello (sibling), José truly lives up to the name, caring for Henrietta like a protective brother and showing a good deal of interest and concern for her welfare. As such, he attempts to minimize Henrietta's conditioning as much as possible. Years ago, José had a younger sister who adored him and wished to join the Carabinieri when she was older, in order to protect him. She resembled Henrietta somewhat and died in a terrorist attack which possibly caused her to drown. Due to his sister's death, José gained a deep appreciation for life and a hatred towards terrorism.
Real name Marco Togni. An agent of Section 2 and Angelica's handler. After being suspended from military service due to an injury to his left eye, Marco was recommended by his friend Dr. Bianchi to be the handler of Angelica, the first child assassin of Section 2. While taking care of Angelica, Marco told her stories of "The Prince of the Land of Pasta" a fictional prince who ate only pasta. He spent much time looking for ideas for the story. This fascinated his girlfriend at the time, Patricia, who later wrote and published the storybook "The Prince of the Land of Pasta", a copy of which Marco bought and read for Angelica. As time went on, Marco witnessed Section 2 develop into an effective combat unit and Angelica's tremendous potential as an assassin. Sadly, Angelica also was the first girl to experience the side-effects of the conditioning process, particularly long-term memory loss. Disgusted with the many setbacks that resulted afterwards, Marco felt that any further effort was in vain, and had no desire to continue, and takes an impersonal and critical approach to Angelica's training.
