B-ko's father, and a billionaire industrialist specializing in heavy machinery and military hardware. When the Alpha Cygnan ship crashlands on earth, he yearns to capture their alien super-technology and learn its secrets for himself. He uses his influence to convince the Japanese military that the hapless aliens are in fact malevolent invaders and engineers a dastardly attack on the helpless ship. When the military forces are repelled by A-ko and B-ko, he resorts to using experimental mecha that he purloined from his daughter, with disastrous consequences. In later chapters, his ambitions of conquest fade, and he pursues more mundane activities, such as playing matchmaker for Miss Ayumi during her proposed marriage with Kei. Hikaru and his daughter have an interesting relationship. Although they seemingly have a deep bond, they often find themselves on opposite sides of the battlefield. Knowing that B-ko takes no prisoners when on a rampage, Hikaru has to respond with equally brutal force just to avoid being killed by her in one of her many fits of passion. Both father and daughter know their Japanese poetry well, as seen in episode four when they both quote from the same poem by Manyushu. He also has a fascination with Elvis Presley, as seen when he dons an Elvis-style Las Vegas jumpsuit for much of his battle with both his daughter and the Alpha Cygnans. It would appear that B-ko's father is based on Marvel Comics' Tony Stark, AKA Iron Man. He looks a bit like Tony, is a rich businessman, and helped B-ko design her powersuit (he even uses a copy of one himself). Shinobu is a girl who lives with Meme in an abandoned building. She loves donuts from "Mister Donut." She was named Shinobu by Meme at the beginning of Hitagi Crab, suggesting her kanji name Shinobu (å¿�), having "heart" (心) under "blade" (刃), matches with her original personality. She appears to be an eight-year-old girl, but she was originally a beautiful vampire who had lived for more than 500 years. At the end of events of Koyomi Vamp, after Koyomi realizes that having saved his master from a certain death, leaded to a future where she will kill humans (the "portable food" she calls them) to ensure her survival, Koyomi revolts against Kissshot in a bloody battle to death, where Kissshot chooses not to use her full powers (in order to have a proper battle with her servant). Later on the battle it is revealed that she pretended to turn Koyomi into a human again, by letting herself be killed by Koyomi. After the shocking revelation, he cannot bring himself to kill his master who was giving her life for his, and who cared for him at the point of risking her life to save his (from sunburn) at the beginning of Spring's Break. But to prevent herself from eating more humans, Koyomi asked for help to Oshino Meme, who in the end tells that as a happy ending won't be possible for everyone, then everyone will have an unhappy ending! While Koyomi himself cannot return to be a fully human, Kissshot Acerolaorion Heartunderblade was left in a weakened condition (where she is no longer able to eat humans, and needs her servant's blood to survive) with no powers or traces of her original personality and therefore have to abandon her "Kiss-shot Acerola-orion Heart-under-blade" (ã‚スショット・アセãƒãƒ©ã‚ªãƒªã‚ªãƒ³ãƒ»ãƒ�ートアンダーブレード) name. Ever since "Tsubasa Cat" where she starts living in Araragi's shadow, she no longer needs to suck his blood on a regular basis in order to stay alive. She forms a physical connection with Araragi where they can feel each others emotions and senses. It is also later revealed that she can gain strength into an "evolved" form after sucking Araragi's blood more than the usual dosage, she does this in order to fight for Araragi when he confronts Yotsugi and Yozuru. In Mayoi Jiangshi, in the alternate timeline, Shinobu went berserk when Koyomi was killed by Black Hanekawa, feeling that she was somewhat responsible for his death, so she swore to destroy the world and created the Jiangshi that has been swarming the town. It seems that she truly cares about Koyomi and when she saw Koyomi was alive in the alternate timeline, she started weeping blood. In the end, Araragi simply states that he will die together with Shinobu. Her father named her Lola, however she went by the name Acerola. Manga debut - Chapter 12 "The Obvious Thing" Nami Kusunoki has the power to freeze water to form any shape she chooses, usually forming it into claws to augment her martial arts, and launching them like bullets to pierce and freeze her targets. She originally hated Comrades, especially those with fire-based abilities, but after spending time with Taisuke , her grudge begins to dissipate. Her little brother Satoru was burned alive before her eyes by Kanon's ability and that was the reason Nami hated Comrades in the first place. It's possible that she has some feelings for Taisuke as she names him as her reason for living in the second arc. Nami kissed Taisuke in chapter 73 but was rejected after.
Megumi Ochiai is Taisuke's childhood friend. She has known him since his parent's death and has always been there for him. Megumi is quite loud and is easily angered. She has always looked out for Hirose and Taisuke since an early age and sometimes comes to asks Taisuke's sister for help. Megumi seems to like Taisuke. She is later kidnapped and loses her memory. She manages to recover her memory one by one after seeing Taisuke again, but is later captured by Katsumata once more. (Source: Wikipedia)
Yuta is one of the "comrades". His power is to create an isolated space, in which nothing can either go in or out, including air. The first time it is seen used in the manga he uses it to isolate a whole parking lot, where he forces Taisuke to kill him to save all the people inside. Taisuke refuses to do so. when Yuta after that tries to commit suicide, Taisuke stops him. after that incident Yuta decides to travel with Taisuke to the north to save Hirose and Megumi.
