A student at Yokohamabane High School whose cool personality made him the target of severe bullying. Despite his appearance he has low self esteem and often contemplated suicide over his bullying while relying on his teacher for support. Him and Rei are close to each other. It turns out that the bullying has been made by his teacher himself all along. Thus, he ends up being more lost towards himself until he destroys the funeral of his teacher, freeing him from the "false reality" that had always been shown to him. He later joins the Hamatora Detective Agency.
Theo is a priest in the Druids sacred land Istar, serving as protector of the heads of the Druids.

He is a hero with ability to change into aggressive version of himself which also has huge impact on demons who try to kill or seduce him. In the final volume, it was indirectly revealed that Theo might be Twiska's cousin or distant relative from her aunt side which also explains his hero power origin.

She is an original character in <em>Hidamari Sketch x 365</em> anime and doesn't appear in <em>Hidamari Sketch</em> manga.
Grampa Theo is an old puppeteer who used to travel around Italy with his son, Leon and granddaughter, Nana. He and his son had arguments regarding Leon's dream to become a doctor. Grampa Theo did not want Leon to become a doctor. He wanted his son to take over his puppet shows, but Leon, who is completely uninterested to become a puppeteer, refused to do so. One day, Nana, then an infant, got very sick. Little Nana luckily recovered from her sickness later. The argument between Grampa Theo and his son got worse because of what happened to Nana before. It reached to the point that Leon left his family. Few years later, Grampa Theo and Nana, now an older little child, moved near the Rossi family's house in Milan after hearing a rumor that Leon is in the city mentioned. By the request of Angeletta, Romeo searched for Leon. In the end, Romeo, with the help of Professor Casella, found Leon, who is now a doctor of poor children in Milan. Grampa Theo and Little Nana were reunited with now Dr. Leon. The father and son reconciled with each other.
