Furfur is the 34th highest ranking earl of hell, named after the demon of the same name, and is Zepar's twin. Despite having the appearance of a girl with mid-length, red hair and a brightly-colored dress, Furfur might be male since Zepar is said to be of a different gender. Furfur appears in unison with Zepar when summoned, and has the power to cultivate emotions. Furfur can also grant an inexhaustible offensive power to those who contract them. The elderly head of the Ushiromiya family, and the owner of Rokkenjima. Kinzo holds his children in contempt, viewing them as vultures ready to feast on his inheritance as soon as he dies (or at least when word of his death spread out). He rarely leaves his exceedingly vast study, which contains various commodities such as a bed, lavatory, and bath. He is also a rabid practitioner of black magic and the occult, his shelves lined with volumes upon volumes of grimoires. One of his most prominent obsessions is Beatrice, a witch he is said to have summoned and contracted for ten tons worth of gold. He is deceased by the beginning of the series, having succumbed to a long-time drinking habit. However, his oldest son Krauss, Krauss's wife Natsuhi, his personal physician Nanjo, and all the mansion's servants (except for Gohda) maintain the illusion at the family conference that he is still alive, albeit with a three-month life expectancy; any interactions between Kinzo and any other characters are meant to sell the deception to the reader regarding the true events. Throughout the first four games, Kinzo's body frequently turns up burnt in the incinerator of the mansion's underground boiler room as a means to conceal how long he had been dead, and is identified as Kinzo due to his polydactyly, distinguished by having six toes on each foot.

Masayuki is the son of Terumasa Nanjo who inherited his father's clinic on Niijima after his death in 1986. Due to his family's sensitivity to Terumasa's death, Masayuki is resentful of the media for its rather flippant depiction of the murder incident on Rokkenjima, and prefers to keep quiet about it. She is a "substitute actor" without a personality that acts as a vessel to personify both Beatrice and the rules of her game, she was created by Bernkastel to be the "reader" of the seventh game, Requiem of the Golden Witch, similar to the role that Ange held during Dawn of the Golden Witch. Her name signifies that she is the final guide of Beatrice's game. Clair can be considered a tool rather than a person, allowing Yasu to confess to Willard H. Wright, Lion Ushiromiya, and Bernkastel without revealing Yasu's own "pitiful form." She exists only in the meta-world and doesn't appear within the game board. Also she is the original form of Yasu's Beatrice, who is made to match the image of a ghost that haunts Rokkenjima with a pure white dress and contrasting personality. Asune is one of the orphans from the Fukuin House who worked in the Ushiromiya household. She arrived with Berune after Runon, Renon, Sanon and Benon left. She has long, brassy hair in two straight ponytails, a fair skin and big gray eyes. Her clothes are the same as those of the female Ushiromiya servants. She, along with various characters, were questioned by Zepar and Furfur as witnesses to describe what Yasu was like before becoming a witch. She criticises her coworker Berune harshly when the latter starts believing in the Witch after Yasu's prank with her key takes place. Later she became a basis for the Demon of Lust, Asmodeus.
