She becomes suspicious of Gohan after meeting him at Orange Star High School, and she even follows him for a brief time to learn more about him. Videl eventually discovers Gohan's secret identity as the Great Saiyaman. She forces Gohan to teach her how to fly, and makes him enter the 25th Tenka'ichi Budokai under the threat that she'll reveal his identity to the world. A human child who possesses a mysterious cry that can communicate with any animal. Monoko is his mother who raised him since he was a baby. He lives together with plant-eating animals of different species, and wishes for a world where animals do not need to eat each other to survive.
Sylphiel is a priestess of the shrine to Flare Dragon Ceifeed in Sairaag. When she was young, she took the Bless Blade from the shrine and hid it under the holy tree, Flagoon. This later proved to be useful, as the sword was needed to defeat Copy Rezo-Zanaffar. After each destruction of Sairaag, Sylphiel was involved in the efforts to rebuild it. Her life revolves around helping other people. Sylphiel is an extremely gifted cleric of white magic. She's more powerful in the art than other white magic-using characters like Amelia Wil Tesla Saillune and Naga the Serpent. Unfortunately, her skills in other areas of magic are lacking. She has not mastered the basic fundamentals of offensive magic like shamanistic or black magic spells. Iyo is one of the three creatures from AniYoko, known as "the Happy AniYoko Trio", who frequently visit Ami through the door in her floor. She looks like a stuffed rabbit, and can use a sort of energy discharged through the space between her ears for all kinds of effects. She can also store objects and liquids in her ears, to be dispensed as needed. Although she always tries to act cheerful and cute, she is frequently selfish and vain. She also has the habit of dying when abused or neglected, only to return to life when a suitable apology is made. Her date of birth is the 4th of January.
A human girl raised by Gorillas in the isolated paradise of Gene Grail. She also possesses a cry that can communicate with all animals. She does not wish to leave Gene Grail in fear of the harsh world out there. She learned many things about Animal Country, and humanity, from notes left by a human named Kuou, which were kept in a old library in Gene Grail.
