Lantis is a powerful Kailu and the younger brother of High Priest Zagato. He makes his first appearance in episode 23 of the second season, his reasons for coming back to Cephiro after the distruction of the Pillar shrouded in mystery. In the beginning it is only revealed that Lantis is a traveler, having seen many worlds during his self-imposed exile from Cephiro, one of the most important, and last, being Autozam - one of the three invading countries. For this reason, he is regarded with suspicion by the people of Cephiro. Brief flashbacks during the show, reveal to us that Lantis was Princess Emeraude's Captain of the Guards before Lafarga. The time period is blurry, as Lantis himself tells Hikaru. With the added knowledge that in Cephiro those with strong hearts can live for extended periods of time, changing their appearances at leisure, his age can vary from several decades to several centuries. At the most 700 years, since Clef admits (at the beginning of the manga) that he himself is 745 years. Lantis is a quiet and private man but undeniably strong, in heart, body and mind. Such is clearly hinted at by both Master Mage Clef (who believes that Lantis has enough power to equal that of his older brother Zagato and perhaps even surpass it) and Debonair (who makes no secret of the fact that his heart is 'fearfully strong' and that she wants him for his power, going as far as to send Nova to get him for herself). Lantis is a powerful mage - having learned from Clef, his former master - and wields a sword skillfully enough to be considered a talented swordsman. This makes him the only Magic Swordsman in all of Cephiro. During the second season, he falls in love with Hikaru and she with him; together they face the possibility of imminent distruction of Cephiro - who still lacks a pillar and is slowly crumbling - and surpass the obstacles set out in front of them: Nova, Debonair and the three invading countries. He shares a deep friendship with Eagle of Autozam - leader of one of the major three invading forces - and doesn't wish to fight him for the sake of the pillar's crown. It is later revealed that Lantis's return to Cephiro was conditioned by his desire to stop the tragedy of Emeraude and Zagato from ever repeating again; his greatest wish is to destroy the Pillar system and he is willing to give his life to achieve his goal.

Her father wouldn't leave the sewers with the rest of the people because of no hope for the future. Marielle helps her father even if she had to cut her hair for money to help support her father. Oreld helps her father and the ex-military soldiers by pretending to bought her and have a live strip show in front of them and her father only to piss off them. Resulting him and Marchis to receive alot of beatings. In the end she and her father move to a state farm for work.

Her intense hatred towards Mitsuki after the accident can be attributed to the feeling of personal betrayal by someone she considered an idol for throwing away her (Mitsuki's) talent and dreams as well as Mitsuki's betrayal of her sister by her sexual relationship with Takayuki. Chichiri (井宿?), a wandering monk, has trained for several years with Taiitsukun, the creator. A 24 year-old native of a village on the ShÅ�ryÅ« River (near the northern KÅ�nan-KutÅ� border), he variously wields a shakujÅ� staff, kasa hat, and kesa mantle to fight and employs various magical techniques taught by Taiitsukun, the first of which was the ability to form a barrier around himself. His true name is Houjun Ri (æ�Ž 芳准, Ri HÅ�jun?), born under the star Well (井). As the oldest and wisest of all of the Suzaku warriors, Chichiri thinks of himself as the older brother who looks after them all. Appearing superficially light-hearted, he can put on super deformed 'chibi' frivolity or suddenly be very serious and grim. While Tamahome and Hotohori are the obvious leaders, Chichiri is the ever-staunch adviser and supporter from behind the scenes, always willing to help when needed. Unconcerned with his own mortality or with earthly desires, he has a Zen master's detached attitude. He habitually ends many sentences with the emphatic phrase "no da", translated as "ya know" in the anime's English version (omitted in the English dub). When he first appears, Chichiri constantly wears a smile on his face, though he later accounts for his face as a mask with features he can move on reflex in order to make it resemble a natural face. His true face resembles his mask, save that one eye has been scarred by an injury across his forehead. When he was eighteen, Chichiri had been engaged to be married; after his best friend stole a kiss from his fiancée, she called off their betrothal. Chichiri was enraged at the betrayal and the two men began to fight. While they were fighting, a heavy rainstorm caused the Shoryuu River flooded their home village. Most of the inhabitants were drowned, including Chichiri's family and his fiancee. His friend fell into the rushing water and Chichiri attempted to rescue him, but a nearby log smashed into Chichiri's eye and gouged it out, resulting in the scar on his face. Unbeknownst to Chichiri, his friend survived, but resentfully believes that Chichiri had abandoned him to die. When they meet again, this mistaken resentment causes him to resume the old battle, but ends when the story behind the dreadful scar is revealed.
