Momotaro is a character from the Japanese folklore story Momotaro the Peach Boy. In Dr. Slump, he is a resident in Penguin Village. He initially lived in his story but when Arale used the Fairy Tale Machine to transport herself into the book, Arale messed up the story and accidentally brought Momotaro into the real world. Though an inconsistency, he has been shown around Penguin Village in several background and non speaking roles before Arale brought him out of the story.

A girl raised by pigeons who falls in love with Shota at first sight when he tries to retrieve her last ¥200 lost in a ramen vending machine. She travels with a pigeon named Hatoko, who ordinarily sits on her head. She claims to have learned pigeon martial arts, used to defend against predators, from her foster family.

A male dog which wears a feudal helmet and has the ability to talk, though he only talks around Hideyoshi. He is knowledgable about the world and time, and the fact Hideyoshi is not from it.

Shingen's rival, but best friend at the same time, even though she won't admit it. She rules a clan of warriors by the sea, directly next-door to Shingen. Oda sets out to battle her for a piece of the Crimson Armor, which was handed down to her by her ancestors.
