Even after joining the club she remains apprehensive of Yuuko, but accepts Niiya's judgment.

Sousuke is a first year student and the only male member of the three person Third Newspaper Club. He can usually be found sleeping in the Third Newspaper Clubroom, or in the company of the club's third year member and president Sasaha Sahara. He holds great respect for his senior and club mate Momoe Okonogi.

In chapter 8, when Yuuko lost her memories about Teiichi, he confessed his feelings towards her and she remembered about him.

Second son of the prestigious Kushiki family. Left home in middle school to go to an all-boy school, thus why occasionally being teased as "gay" by Sasai. Recently return to his hometown when serial murder cases targetting his school's students are occuring. Handsome, excels academically as well as athletically. Always put on a stoic expression. Target of romantic affection from his three sisters: Youko, Saki and Harumi. Seems to have a supernaturally connection to Youko as shown on how he can feel her presence whenever she is close by. Indifferent to Youko's obsessive sexual harassments, but seems to boldly accept Saki's advances.

The Kushiki family's second daughter, Souji's stepsister (brought in by his stepmother). Her open, relaxed personality makes her somewhat stand out from the family, as well as a target for Youko's jokes. Sticks with Souji at all times; they love each other.
