An expert at martial arts, Bodoro is a strict and seemingly stubborn old man with an unspoken rivalry with another martial artist participating in the Hunter Exam. However, this rivalry is tossed aside in the dire circumstances of Rippo's "bonus stage" after the Trick Tower. (This rivalry is only present during the original anime). When interviewed by Netero for the final stage of the Hunter Exam, his personal code of honor prevents him from fight Gon and Killua, who he sees as children, no matter their combat ability. His first battle in the fifth stage of the test is against Hisoka, who he can not even scratch, despite having a lifetime record of not a single man being able to withstand one hit by him. After a whisper in his ear by Hisoka, he admits defeat, and his next fight is against Leorio. However, before the fight can start, Killua suddenly pierces Bodoro's chest from behind, with a razor sharp hand, killing him.
Examinee #103 during the Hunter Exam. He keeps hundreds of snakes with him, which will attack everyone who attacks him. He keeps on himself an antidote to the snake venom as a means of manipulating his opponent. During the 4th exam he is accidentally killed by Ponzu's bees when she walks into one of Bourbon's traps.
Zebro is one of two groundskeepers at the Zoldyck family's estate on Kukuroo Mountain. He acts as a gatekeeper in front of the Testing Gate at first glance, but is actually just a janitor that cleans up after Mike (the largest Zoldyck guard dog) after it disposes off intruders. Even though he doesn't look like a man of muscle, he actually is muscled and astoundingly strong.
Gotoh is of the Zoldyck family manager. All contacts with the family members must go through him. An enigmatic and intimidating character, Killua once expressed to Gon his recurring nightmares of Gotoh chasing him with a knife. He is also superb at the "where is the coin" trick. He cares for Killua as if he was his own son. During the 13th Hunter Chairman Election arc, he is killed in a fight by Hisoka while chasing Killua and Alluka.
Zepile is an antiques trader who helps Gon raise funds for the Southernpiece Auction in Yorknew City.
Canary is a servant to Zaoldyeck. She may not realize it but she is Killua's friend. She thinks that there difference in status means that they can not be friends. Gon asked her why she had Killua's skateboard. She answered the first time that it was a gift. Later, she tells us he had dropped it. She has a flash back about the tiny skull in her staff. He tries to to give it to her but she refuses it. Then, he tosses it and it lands at her feet and he runs off.
