The bancho of Kiyama High. He's the one that orders the Kiyama's delinquents to harass Midorigaoka's girls in order to draw Kanon Nonoguchi out. He's actually a former classmate of Nonoguchi's. He used to have a crush on her but didn't know how to deal with his feelings, so he picked on her instead. As things progressed his teasing got worse which got him finally beaten by her. His friends watching this thought he was getting bullied and tried to help Kento so they ganged up on her and torn apart her favorite book. Later, he attempted to apologize but wasn't successful. Nogami has long blamed himself, and was using his position as bancho to get to her.

Yukika is a student of Yoshihiko Ohse and is one of the people taken hostage by him. It is revealed that she is the Student Council Secretary. Yukika is a very responsible, reliable, and somewhat serious person. After the first explosions occurred, she remained calm and focused on trying to get everyone to evacuate. Yukika is a brave and selfless girl. Even though Yukika, knew that people who went against professor Ohse were horrible punished, she still disobeyed the professor's command in order to try and signal the police for help. She also attempted to persuade the professor to end the hostage situation and let everyone go. Yukika ends up being the third victim of the story.

She is a pretty detective with the Tokyo police, who often uses the City Hunter team to do her job for her. She keeps promising to pay back Ryo with "mokkori" (sex), but always manages to get out of it. Despite her deceptive tendencies, she and Ryo have a considerable history together, and was in a love triangle with Ryo and Hideyuki Makimura. Saeko's father is the chief of police, so she has some leeway in how she does her job. But off the job, her father puts the pressure on her to get married. In the spin-off Angel Heart, Saeko was the chief of police who used to date Hideyuki Makimura and was implied to be waiting for Hideyuki's proposal. In later chapters, Saeko's hidden dream was to have a normal family with Ryo, implying her shift in romantic interest.
