A Knight Gundam sworn to protect Lacroa and its royal family, Zero was spirited away to Neotopia two years ago in the hopes he would find a way to combat the Dark Axis occupation. He ultimately hooked up with Neotopia's own Gundam defenders when the Dark Axis launched a campaign there. Flamboyant and noble, Zero sees himself as something of a gentleman and has an ego to match. He's also a sucker for women, especially damsels in distress. Like all Lacroan natives, Zero has access to a degree of magical powers which he casts with his powerful Buster Sword. He's displayed the ability to create barriers of energy, flying slashes of energy, and his signature attack, Super Magical Violet Tornado that consists of firing a gust of wind. Out of combat, he often produces magical flowers to annoy his team mate Bakunetsumaru, usually on the tip of his swords. Zero is an important figure in Lacroan mythology, which regards him as the 'Chosen One' who will save Lacroa.

Figurehead leader of the Dark Axis forces in Lacroa. Tallgeese prefers to rely on overwhelming force rather than strategic planning. When Tallgeese first presents himself, he appears to be very calm, confident, and dramatic, but he is easily angered when insulted. When alone and appears to be staring into the face of success, Tallgeese acts in a goofy manner, dancing and singing. While he never shows his true feelings toward Knight Gundams, deep down, Tallgeese is consumed with hatred and jealousy towards them. Tallgeese also has a habit of throwing things to the ground when he makes his entrances.

Genkimaru is the estranged son of Kibaomaru, he joined the SDG to save Ark and get revenge on his unknowing father for abandoning his mother. Despite his bratish behaviour, destiny seems to have something special in mind for Genki as he possesses the ability to cut holes in the fabric of space time to allow himself and others to cross dimensions. He is also the leader of the Genki Energy Force which protects Ark against all evil in the end of the series. It is eventually revealed that Genkimaru will become the DaiShogun of Perfect Virtue. As the legendary Musha Gundam, Daishogun. He possesses reality bending powers which he theatrically uses with a wave of his fan. Initially showing up to give Bakunetsumaru cryptic hints about the future that awaits him.

Shute is a young boy who lives in Neotopia, and an inventor. While skating he comes across the first invasion force of the Dark Axis led by Zapper Zaku. When he comes under threat of the BaguBagu, Shute is rescued by Captain Gundam. Captain is discovered later by Shute in his workshop after defending him from the Magna-Musai's main cannon. Helping Captain recover, he joins him at the Factory District to repel Zapper Zaku once more, this time causing Captain's Soul Drive to activate. Because of his ability to aide Captain and causing the Soul Drive to activate, Shute becomes a member of the Super Dimensional Guard.
