Age:14 (Yes!5)- 15 (GoGo!) A second-year student at L'École des Cinq Lumières Institute, Nozomi appears to be a typical shÅjo heroine, and does not know what to do with her life. Her father works as an author of children's stories and her mother runs a beauty shop. She has a habit of saying "It's decided! (決定!, Ket-tei!)" when she decides on something not exactly with everyone's permission. Formed a crush on Coco (in his human form) at first sight, and her feelings grow as the series progresses. This also has started a love triangle between her and Milk for Coco, because both have feelings for him. In Pretty Cure 5 Go! Go! movie, Nozomi kisses Coco in human form. Though her teammates are vastly different from her, Nozomi learns how to become their friend, and their leader. Cure Dream wears pink, and her costume has a design resembling that of Cure Rouge. For catching Pinkies, Coco gets a bell from her Pinky Catch. Her given name is pronounced, though not written, the same way as the Japanese word for hope, nozomi, and part of her surname (yume) means 'dream' in Japanese. According to the release date of the second movie, Nozomi's birthday is November 8th. She introduces herself as "Great Power of Hope, Cure Dream!" (大ã„ãªã‚‹å¸Œæœ›ã®åŠ›ã€ã‚ュア·ãƒ‰ãƒªãƒ¼ãƒ !, ÅŒi naru kibÅ no chikara, Kyua DorÄ«mu!) In the first movie, her counterpart is Dark Dream, who is voiced by Chinami Nishimura. In the second movie, she gets a power-up: Shining Dream.
William is a supervisor in the Dispatch Managment Division of the Death Gods. He appears in the 12th chapter of manga (or in the 6th episode of anime) to pick up Grell Sutcliff. William is emotionless and generally calm. In regards to his job, he is strict, follows the rules precisely, and seems extremely devoted. He does not take kindly to individuals who cause problems or create more work for him, particularly if it forces him to apologize for their actions. Nonetheless, he seems to share Ronald's distaste for overtime work. He has no qualms with inflicting minor injury on others, as shown when he jumps off a roof to land on Grell Sutcliff's head and when he uses his death scythe to attack Sebastian on a few occasions. He finds demons to be disgusting creatures, and is seen calling Sebastian Michaelis a variety of names, including "devilish fiend," "leech," and "hound." However, it is implied that he finds other demons to be even more abhorrent than Sebastian. In the anime, though, he is much more willing to work with Sebastian, as he aids him on a number of occasions. However, he does not seem to like anyone very much, as Ronald comments that William is disappointed to see him, and he insults a variety of individuals, including Grell, Sebastian, and Ciel Phantomhive.
One of the villains appearing in the second part of the season. She can transform into a bird-like, very colorful costume reminiscent of Brazil Carnival. She likes to take what she wants and often lets Bunbee serve her in some way. In her human form she is very fat and wears a red jacket and blue pants; she also wears jewelry.
A third-year at L'Ecole des Cinq Lumieres, Komachi is kind and shy, and likes to read books and write. However, once she is angered enough, she will snap and release her temper. Along with her best friend Karen Minazuki, Komachi is a popular senior at her school. She is a volunteer at the school library, along with Karen and often spends her time there writing stories. Her dream is to become a writer, and she exhibits particular talent in this: Nuts praised her first completed story (upon the 7th revision), and he does not give praise lightly. She has romantic feelings for Nuts, which she expresses in the form of her second novel. Her parents own a traditional Japanese sweetshop. The green-clad Cure Mint is the counterpart of Cure Aqua. For catching Pinkies, Coco gets a flute/piccolo from her Pinky Catch. Fans noted that her appearance is similar to Lettuce Midorikawa of Tokyo Mew Mew. She introduces herself as "Tranquility of the Green Earth, Cure Mint!" (安らãŽã®ç·‘ã®å¤§åœ°ã‚ュアミント!, Yasuragi no midori no daichi, Kyua Minto!). In the first movie, her counterpart is Dark Mint, who is voiced by YÅ«ko Minaguchi.
Karen is the oldest member of the team. This third-year student comes from an affluent family and is a member of the student council. Her parents are musicians and often go on tour. She misses them, but will not ask for them to come home for fear of disturbing their work, so despite wealth and popularity, she is often lonely. Komachi is her best friend and a fellow student council member. Seen around school as cool and inspiring, most of the students look up to her. She, as Nozomi learns, is the most trustworthy Cure. In the beginning, she is reluctant to join the Cure team. In episode 6, as the girls are being manhandled, Karen stands up to her friends, vowing to protect them regardless of transformation. The butterfly that eluded her previously reappears and successfully lands on her wrist, enabling her to transform to Cure Aqua. For catching Pinkies, Coco gets a violin from her Pinky Catch. As Cure Aqua; counterpart of Cure Mint, she wears deep blue in her outfit, resembling Cure Mint's outfit. She introduces herself as "Blue Spring of Intelligence, Cure Aqua!" (知性ã®é’ã泉 ã‚ュアアクア!, Chisei no aoki izumi, Kyua Akua!) Like Nozomi and Komachi with Coco and Nuts respectively, she has a special bond with Milk. In the first movie, her counterpart is Dark Aqua, who is voiced by Reiko Kiuchi.
Height: 175cm (5'9") As Madam Red's ineffectual butler, Grell tends to hang around the edges of the scene, fretting over the socially-unacceptable things that Grell's mistress continually gets up to. When something is not up to Madam Red's exacting standards, she takes it out on Grell whether or not it's actually Grell's fault. Grell's tea is said to be far inferior to Sebastian's. Meek, easily scandalized, and highly nervous, Grell's personality is entirely at odds with Grell's mistress'. As a result, the other characters tend to either ignore or walk all over Grell. However, this mild personality is entirely a facade. Grell's true identity is that of a death god; one with a true personality just as flamboyant as Madam Red's, perhaps even more so. The real Grell is a cheerful sadist who enjoys flirting and bloody murder, sometimes at the same time. Grell meets Madam Red during a night where she murders one of her patients, and is attracted to her—both because their favorite color is red and because of their issues regarding childbirth. Grell uses feminine pronouns and has more than a passing interest in Sebastian; at one point Grell compares the two of them to Romeo and Juliet during their battle (leaving Sebastian horrified). Though having an interest in Sebastian, it was stated that Grell's 'true love' is William. Overall, Grell appears to have a tenuous grasp on sanity at best, switching from childish irritation to murderous rage at the drop of a hat. Like a typical death god, Grell possesses a scythe; however, Grell had it transformed into a chainsaw because Grell considered a regular scythe to be old-fashioned. Grell explains that the scythe is capable of cutting through anything; when it cuts through a person, it divides their soul and their memories, thus resulting in that person's memories playing before their eyes.
Saga (サガ) is the 'main antagonist' of the fifth movie. He's a childhood friend of Zoro's (both went to the same dojo together) and Maya's friend and possible love-interest. The real Saga is a friendly, honorable, and ambitous young man. He fell into depression after losing use of his right arm, but was brought out of it by Maya, whom he met when he drifted to her island. He was accepted into her village and later fought alongside them when they were attacked by pirates. During the fight, he and Maya ran into the shrine that housed the Seven Stars Sword. He fell under the evil influence of the sword when he used it out of desperation to save her from the pirates. The sword possessed Saga to try to rise to full power and bring darkness to the world. Saga took over and possessed an entire Marine dojo to help in the quest.
