An old friend of Raizen's, Natsume and her brother enter the Makai Tournament. Chu surrenders to her in the preliminaries as he falls in love with her and realizes how much stronger she is compared to him. She loses to Mukuro in the tournament the same round Yusuke loses to Yomi. But she manages to drain Mukuro of much of her power and she loses to Enki in the next round.

Natsume is a young woman who is an itinerant martial artist along with her younger sister, Kurumi. For years the two wandered Japan in search of their long-lost father, Soun Tendo. They briefly usurped Akane Tendo and Ranma Saotome’s claim to inherit the Tendo Dojo and carry on Anything Goes Martial Arts after challenging and defeating them, but conceded their claim following a rematch. One of the mascot creatures from the Palmier Kingdom, Coco is a yellow-furred fluffy creature searching for the Dream Collet to protect his kingdom. He can transform into a human, and later becomes a teacher at Nozomi's school to keep watch of her. Nozomi has a mad crush on him, which embarrasses him greatly, hinting that he may reciprocate those feelings and refuses to admit it.
