Albert's best friend who accompanied him in the carnival in Luna. He seems to be more mature than Albert, cautioning him against the Count. He holds deep feelings for his best friend and he risks his own life on several occasions to save Albert. It's commonly said and inferred within the anime that Franz' relationship with Albert within the series exceeds one of a friendship.

Also called "G-Junior" for short, he was originally from an undisclosed part of the southwest United States. G-Junior is a Native American who was unable to find work because of widespread racism. At age 26, he was approached to be a Native American chief in a sideshow, but G-Junior simply punched the sideshow owner in the face, refusing to further the stereotypes about his culture. Black Ghost agents overheard the conversation and offered G-Junior a job far from home. G-Junior accepted, admitting that he really had no home anymore. (In the 2001 series he was a freelance construction worker bribed into accepting a very promising job offer by disguised Black Ghost agents). 005 was the first created when Black Ghost resumed its cyborg soldier program. Physically, he is the strongest as well as the biggest of the 00 Cyborgs; he also has heavily armored skin, evidence of Black Ghost's technological evolution since 004. However, he is also a silent, humble man with a deep reverence for nature and life, and it's speculated that he may have a sort of sixth sense that allows him to sense changes in the nature and possibly other people's thoughts. Kotaro Inugami is first seen as one of the three mercenary children helping Chigusa in Kyoto. He is a dog hany, which is evidenced by his ears and tail. Despite being hotheaded, Kotaro is a chivalrous person and would never hit a woman unless she is a powerful fighter, having trained under the Garyū Inugami-ryū which is basically a self-taught school. He also has a strong dislike of Western-style magic, with Negi being one of the few exceptions. Kotaro is an expert in ninjutsu and charms, and has the power to summon inugami (dog spirits), but prefers to fight hand to hand rather than using magic from a distance. Kotaro is also capable of self propelled flight with an adaption of his inugami abilities. Kotaro also has the ability to transform into a small black and white dog using a paper charm, or to a stronger beast form. He claim that most of his fighting technique (including the use of ki power) was made up by himself. His capability to correctly analyze Negi's technique supports his ability to achieve such a task. After the Kyoto Arc, he was put under the custody of the Kansai Magic Association, where his abilities to transform and summon dog spirits were sealed. He later escaped to find Negi (whom he now considers as a rival, being the only person he's met of his own age who can fight with him on even terms) to have another rematch. When he arrived at Mahora, he ran into Graf Hermann and The Slime Sisters, and learned their plan to attack Negi. He fought them, stole the bottle that Graf Hermann had been released from, and escaped. However, in an attempt to warn Negi, he was injured and hit with a confusion spell, causing temporarily amnesia. Chizuru and Natsumi, initially thinking him to be just a stray dog, nursed him back to health. Kotaro has a very lonely past, because being a hany has made him, from birth, an outcast of both human and dog-ykai tribes. (possibly driven from InuYasha as Ken Akamatsu admits to be a fan of that series.) This makes him value both his friendship with Negi, and living with Chizuru and Natsumi, as they become the only true friends or family he's ever had. Chizuru's maternal attitude to Kotaro (such as her hugging him in public) frequently embarrasses him. He also regularly chastises Negi for being "involved" with so many girls, only to have his relationship with Chizuru thrown in his face (it's a little unclear whether this is because he has a crush on her or whether it's just simple embarrassment). While Kotaro likes to think of himself as a "lone wolf", Negi teased him by saying "You're more like a dog." His views also seem to draw him into arguments with Yue, which he usually loses. He also holds Kaede in high regard, due to her strength. Like Negi, Kotaro has a somewhat limited view about the world in general, and he is more or less ignorant when it comes to the emotions of girls. His stance on becoming the strongest only in combat leaves him unprepared for things that do not involve fighting.

Height: 154 cm Weight: 43 kg BWH: 78-54-81 Sasami is a girl at Riki's school and is Rin's rival. While Rin loves cats, Sasami is a devoted dog lover. Due to this, she will often get in a fight with Rin, though since she is the captain of the girl's softball team, she will send in her members first before she goes in herself. Her name is thought to be a tongue twister, which even she manages to mix up, and she likes Kengo Miyazawa. The reason for her avoiding cats is due to the disappearance of her own cat Kuro during her childhood. In Sasami's route, which it takes place after the events of Refrain, Sasami's cat Kuro created a world similar to the Little Busters! world around the school in order to meet Sasami one last time before dying. At the ending of her route, she became a member of the Little Busters!
Nurse Joy is a recurring character in every Pokemon series released. There are multiple Nurse Joys in every town, city and region. They all look the same, have the same voice and personalities. There have been numerous speculations as to why all the Joys look alike, though it seems they are all related in some way. However, there have been instances in which a Nurse Joy has been known to have a different personality and appearance (such as the aggressive sun-tanned Nurse Joy of the Orange Islands). Brock has an ability to tell each Joy apart based on minute details in their differences. Each Joy works in the field of medicine, loves Pokemon and is extremely patient and caring. They are the heads of their respective Pokemon Centres. A Nurse Joy's Pokemon choices are predominantly Chansey and Blissey: nurturing Pokemon that aid in the Pokemon Centres.
