Age: 22 Apollo Justice is a defense attorney working for the Wright Anything Agency. He is notable for his involvement in a test trial for the Jurist System, an effort to reintegrate the jury into court proceedings, along with co-council Trucy Wright and Prosecutor Klavier Gavin and mentor Phoenix Wright. Apollo Justice is highly sarcastic and critical. He often makes blunt comments concerning his mentor Phoenix Wright's piano playing in particular. He occasionally even shows some disdain for some of his clients. He also has a vain side; he frequently makes puns out of his own name, and he practices his shouting for hours at night, calling it his "Chords of Steel", which sometimes makes his voice raspy. He frequently worries about and feels sorry for Trucy Wright, and is confused by Phoenix and Trucy's odd relationship. In court, Justice is noticeably more unsure of himself and more easily flustered than Phoenix Wright ever was. He is just as determined, however, although he tends to base his arguments more in fact and discernible thinking than his mentor did.

Ansem the Wise was a famous scientist and sage-king of Radiant Garden. To protect his people from the darkness, he and his apprentices performed research and experiments to study the heart, which resulted in the creation of the Heartless. Eventually, Ansem's apprentices were taken over by the darkness, and, when he decided to end the research, they banished him to the Realm of Darkness and Xehanort continued the research in his name.

He projects an image of being a cool and capable guy, and he wants to be needed and trusted by everyone. He is quite a prankster, prone to teasing Eruna to see how she'd react. He also seems to have an interest in gaming, since he seen to have a game console when he was young and got excited to play a shooting game at a booth, although he did not clearly admit it. When he was a child, he wasn't very expressive so he didn't have many friends unlike his little brother. When his parents divorced and his mother took his little brother with her, Yuto felt that he wasn't needed because of his inability to express his emotions. Thus, to be liked by anyone, he pretended to be like his brother and tried to restart as a new person. His true self is actually awkward and sensitive, and a bit of a tsundere. Although he is aware that his mask would break anytime soon, he is still obsessed with keeping up his facade to avoid losing anyone. He smiles a lot as a result of his "acting", but lately he's also been showing his true smile. He also shows his true side when in battle, which Asuhi and Eruna both find quite frightening.
