Angol Moa is the "King of Terror", who is ditzy and insecure as a result of her impact from space. She was sent to planet Earth to arrive in July 1999 for Earth's destruction, as predicted by Nostradamus, under orders from her father. She states during her first appearance that she told Nostradamus to deliver a message to the humans warning them of her arrival. In the anime, she arrives 500 years too early and takes a nap in orbit, until she wakes up in 2004, 5 years too late. In the manga, she lands near Fuyuki, while in the anime, she lands on Giroro's tent. In both, she is taken into the Hinatas' home, where she is nursed back to health by Natsumi. When she wakes up, she reveals her true form and starts to destroy the Earth, until Keroro, who arrives later, is persuaded by Fuyuki to stop Mois. The Angols use seemingly magical weapons to destroy planets. Her weapon is the "Lucifer Spear", which, when not in use, looks and functions like a cellphone. When she is using her attack, "Hellmageddon", the Lucifer Spear becomes a golden staff with a crescent moon on one end and a meteor on the other end. She uses the meteor end to initiate Hellmageddon. She is close friends with Keroro, who she calls oji-sama, which means, roughly, "uncle". Whenever she sees anyone hitting Keroro is any way, she transforms and uses a watered down version of Hellmageddon, which usually catches others, including Keroro, in the blast. Tamama often competes with her for Keroro's attention (and affection). Her transformation sequences, stylized costume, and related accessories may make her a parody of the magical girl genre. As an added note, Mois' Pekopon form wears a hair clip explicitly in the shape of the Science Patrol's Ryuusei-mark in the anime (while the girl whose form/soul she "borrowed" has a Ultra Garrison-mark hair clip). Her name is frequently used in puns on the Japanese phrase moe-moe, which usually refers to a cute girl who appeals to older members of the audience. To blend in with the Earth people, Mois also transforms into a tanned, bleached-blonde teenage kogal who is always seen in a school uniform and loose socks. Her true form is a pale gray-haired girl who wears a purple-and-white magical girl costume. Although the King of Terror, she is anything but terrifying. She's sweet, clumsy, and peppy but can be scary when she's in Angol form, and uses her Lucifer Spear to split the Earth. She got her Earth-look from when she first arrived in 1999 (2004 in the anime), before she met the Hinatas. In the anime she saw a teenage girl (named Masami) who was beating up some thugs in order to protect her friends. Amazed by her courage, she decided to be like that girl and chose her appearance as her Earth-form. Sun is the daughter of mermaid Yakuza Seto Group's boss, Seto Gozaburo. She is a firm believer in the chivalrous spirit of mermaids, and is devoted to her role as Nagasumi's wife. Not yet being an adult, Sun is not able to completely maintain her human form, and her legs revert to a tail whenever she comes into contact with water. He is a tall and muscular man with long hair slicked in the back and a long light beard. He wears an outfit from India and has golden arm bands around his wrists. He is at least as old as over his 50s, suggesting he's one of the senior members. Sehrul is shown to be a gentle and passive man, as seen when he stops Kushinada Chikage from pinching herself as punishment. He believes "the punishments of martial arts should be dealt by martial arts." Of the masters, he is the only one not excited about pitting his disciple against Kenichi. However, he has a lethal side to him as well, as seen when he attacks the marma points of the forces sent to detain him, with enough power to kill them had not the Ryozanpaku masters intervened and saved them. His gentleness is also mentioned by his disciple, who wanted to defeat Kenichi in order to put Rachel Stanley under his care and thus save her from the harm of Silcardo Jenazad. He also seems to have an aptitude for tolerance, as his personality rubbed off on his disciple, contrasting largely with Diego Carlo's flashy personality. Despite his overall passivity, Sehrul believes that the true form of the Satsujin Ken is emotionless. When Hongou Akira arrives at the Yami meeting after Kanou Shou's death, Sehrul comments that one must be heartless in order to effectively utilize the Satsujin Ken, disapproving of Shou inheriting his techniques. How he managed to get his disciple, a Dou fighter, to take upon or bypass this limit effectively is unknown, though it could be that he taught him to keep his emotions within himself and unleash them through his martial arts.

She makes up the other half of Team Gemini alongside her brother and participates in the D of D tournament. Rachel is a young fairly tall girl with long wavy blond hair down to her back and a very curvaceous figure and well-endowed breasts, both being as much so if more than any girl her age, including Miu and Renka. As a civilian, she usually wears her school uniform (that she modifies to be more revealing to show off her figure). When she fights, Rachel wears her wrestling outfit for fighting that has arm bands with tassels on it with a revealing V-neck cover showing her breasts and has a very short skirt with tassels that reveals most of her legs and thighs. When she wants others to look at her, she tends to wear revealing outfits for attention. Rachel has a very flamboyant personality, always wanting to be the center of attention, which she often achieves. She easily becomes upset whenever others gain more attention than her and she claims their "taking the spotlight" and is willing to perform anything to regain the attention of others, even if it means she embarrasses herself by ripping her clothes to do so, showing she's an attention seeker. Ethan said that as long as she has attention she does not care what happens to the world. She's selfish, spoiled, hot-tempered, and sarcastic. She's also a huge flirt, having Kenichi (unintentionally) grope her breast and teasing Kenichi about it despite it being an obvious accident and even kissed him on the cheek to make Miu very angry and even jealous. She is also a very aggressive person and the more dominant of Team Gemini, often seen yelling, punching, and kicking her brother, and he, in turn seems very meek in front of her presence, despite their great difference in size. Despite this, Ethan loves his sister very much, but Rachel rarely shows any form of care towards her little brother. Rachel seems to enjoy battle due to the attention it gets her, but is easily riled when an opponent grabs her attention, forcing her to beat the opponent in a very aggressive way. However, she usually holds back so as to create a more "spectacular" show in a somewhat sadistic manner and enjoys the suffering of others. She also follows her master's rule to fight only when there is an audience. Rachel also seems to have a penchant for humiliating other female fighters during a fight, as seen with the fight against Renka, where she subjected the girl to perverse submissions. She displays her ability to manipulate and control the emotions of the crowd several times, an ability often exercised as she is always eager to be the center of attention. Frequently used in this is the element of surprise, where she pretends to be beaten and launches attacks back at her opponent, thus getting the most attention she can. However, Rachel has shown some level of compassion towards others, such as when Miu was kidnapped by Jenazad, she took pity on Kenichi and decided to help him and his friends locate her due to the Shinpaku Alliance saving her from him before. Also, her time with Kenichi and his friends seems to have helped her mellow out somewhat, as she doesn't seem to be as aggressive as she used to (though this may be due to her master being locked up and is still obsessed with finding him).
