Officer Jenny is not a single entity. Rather, there are many Jennys working as police officers across the various regions of the Pokémon world. Generally, Officer Jennies are brave and determined, but mostly ineffective in their police duties. They fight against the likes of Team Rocket, Team Magma, Team Aqua and Team Galactic - among other miscellaneous criminals. The town/region where a certain Jenny comes from can be discerned by the symbol on their hats which always differs depending on location. Although Jennies appear mostly identical, there is some minor divergence among them, as evidenced by Brock, who is able to recognize different Jennies on numerous occasions. Brock appears to be the only character who can tell them apart. However, each Jenny has a different symbol on her hat that indicates location. There seem to be two Viridian Jennies, as during the Indigo League, two Jennies with the same hat symbol were seen side-by-side. (We know that the symbol in question--a star--indicates Viridian due to previous episodes.) One of the Viridian Jennies maintains a fierce rivalry with the Jenny of Eterna City. Although there are many exceptions, Officer Jenny will generally have Growlithe to use as a police dog. There is a very distinct parallel between the families of Officer Jenny and Nurse Joy. This may indicate some sort of relation or deeper connection, and fans have sometimes speculated about such. However, the only thing known about the two families is that they are apparently on good terms. Ash's Squirtle was given to an Officer Jenny who fights fires. It is the leader of a group of four other Squirtle known as the "Squirtle Squad", who serve as the local firefighting team. A young Officer Jenny named Marble appeared in Luxray Vision!. She was in charge of looking for "The Bandit Beauties Three." She was also voiced by Chinami Nishimura (西æ�‘ ã�¡ã�ªã�¿) in Japanese, but voiced by Meghan McCracken in English. An Officer Jenny from Kanto appeared in Stealing the Conversation! with a Chatot as her partner. Apparently, she had come all the way to Sinnoh to capture Jessie, James, and Meowth.
Keiichi's younger sister. She attends the Nekomi Institute of Technology (NIT), like Keiichi, as an engineering student. Megumi is also a very skilled mechanic and even went against Skuld in a robot construction contest (the result was a draw). In the manga, she is shown to be a very skilled motorcycle driver, although she claims that Keiichi and Belldandy are better than she is. It is hinted in the OVA that she joins the Motor Club, but in the manga, the movie, and the TV series, she is actually a member of the softball club. In the manga, she also becomes the "queen" (a title she seemingly hates, but lives up to anyway) of the bike racers in the local touge after she consistently beats the previous queen while on her way to school. In the movie, Keiichi also refers to her as "The Queen of Drag Racing." Recently in the Manga she has reappeared at the temple drunk, only to drop crying into Keiichi after being dumped for the third time, after her former boyfriends could not keep up with pressure of dating a local celebrity. This echoes when Sayoko Mishima appeared drunk near the temple after being abandoned by everyone in favor of Belldandy, then falling into Keiichi's arms and confessing her problems. Generally, Megumi acts like a teenager, albeit with a mature attitude about things. However, she can still descend into a far more childish temperament of silly remarks and competition. Her primary concern seems to be advancing in life, although she isn't obsessive about it. This manifests more as a desire to work, and she apparently holds a number of club positions at her college. Belldandy has remarked that she sees a similarity between Megumi and Skuld and that she would like to see Skuld learn some things from Megumi. She also seems to have trouble coping with rejection, as well as a borderline alcoholic, as currently seen when she was rejected for the third time in a row. This trait of consuming alcohol in large quantities seems to be a trait she seems to share with Sayoko Mishima. Megumi also exhibits a certain degree of protectiveness towards Keiichi, although this tends to manifest as teasing. Finally, although she won't admit it, Megumi has a strong respect for Keiichi and Belldandy's mechanical skills. Megumi is presently unaware of the "goddess" status of Belldandy or her two sisters. In the year 2005, after an abortive attack on Autobot City, the evil Decepticons found it necessary to jettison excess mass from their craft to make it back to their homeworld of Cybertron. The injured and dying Decepticons, including the Decepticons' leader, Megatron, were chosen to be ejected into the void of space. When their bodies were recovered by the world-eater, Unicron, they were reborn as deadly new warriors in the service of the recreated Megatron, now known as Galvatron. Although The Transformers: The Movie does not make it entirely clear who Cyclonus was in his previous incarnation, he is one of the new Decepticons created by Unicron using the body of either Skywarp or Bombshell. He is a being whose loyalty to Galvatron is so intense as to exclude most other emotions and interests from his mind. Dedicated to destruction in his leader’s name, Cyclonus transforms into a nuclear-powered multi-turbine-engine jet fighter, capable of space flight and able to expand in size to convey Galvatron. In robot mode, he wields an oxidating laser that fuses the internal mechanisms of its targets, and in vehicle mode is additionally armed with an incendiary bomb rack. Immediately following his creation, Cyclonus served as little more than Galvatron’s personal ship, carrying his leader to Starscream’s coronation, into the battle in Autobot City, and pursuing Autobots on the Planet of Junk, as well as attacking and crippling the shuttle carrying Hot Rod and Kup in the midst of it all. After the destruction of Unicron, however, when Galvatron was lost, Cyclonus came into his own, his loyalty to the Decepticons' absent leader shaping his character in different ways. Disgusted with how far the leaderless Decepticons had fallen as they eked out a miserable existence on the barren world of Chaar, Cyclonus resolved to locate Galvatron, daring even to enter Unicron's deactivated, disembodied head and replaying its memory banks, tracing Galvatron to the world of Thrull. Unfortunately, once extricated from a pool of the planet's plasma-lava, Galvatron proved to have been driven insane from exposure to it and brutalized Cyclonus and Sweeps before being talked down and returned to his position as leader.
Warrant Officer Vato Falman escorts General Hakuro back from his vacation and works in the investigation department under Lieutenant Hughes, as well as aiding Roy Mustang at Eastern Headquarters. After Hughes's untimely death, Falman begs Mustang to let him join the team, and after thinking it through Mustang allows him to transfer with him back to Central. Natsumi is an officer stationed at the fictional Bokuto Station in Tokyo's Sumida Ward. She is very outgoing as well as very laid back. She often demonstrates superhuman strength second only to Shoji Tokairin and is a motorcycle enthusiast, capable of high-risk maneuvers on both bikes and mopeds. Natsumi has a prodigious appetite for food and alcohol, and has been known to show up at work with a hangover. She is also a chronic late sleeper. Despite having many bad habits, she is a very capable police officer and does her job seriously when needed. She keeps a mini-moped, a Honda Moto-Compo (JR-2) in Miyuki's Honda Today squad car and uses it when a flanking strategy is required. It is prominently labeled "NATUMI" (in the Nihon-shiki transliteration system) before her first day at Bokuto in the beginning of the first anime, later re-coloured and re-labeled "POLICE" in the later appearances and on the Bandai Model kit of the Honda Today. When off-duty, she operates a Yamaha RZV motorbike until it is damaged beyond repair during later part of the first season. She is subsequently tricked into buying a Subaru R2, which is in a near-non-functioning state. This car is then thoroughly renovated and heavily modified by Miyuki into a patrol car. She uses the wrecked motorbike's engine, modifying the car to make its operation follow closely to that of a motorbike. In the manga version, this car operates with double engines. Natsumi is also familiar with judo and kendo, being able to defeat her opponents during training sessions. Her strength and her familiarity with hand-to-hand combat complement Miyuki's brilliant mind in creating devices or modifying known vehicles very well, making her and Miyuki famous throughout Bokuto Station.
