Ask the girls of Warrior, and they'll tell you that Yuji Naruo is a pervert, a peeping tom, and then some. He's always on the lookout for a risqué look at pretty girls, and he always keeps his video camera handy to record his exploits. Though he, like any man, loves a sexy figure, he's a consummate legman. And he's always trying to hit on the oh-so-beautiful Rio (Rio likes his fixation, since it allows her to push his buttons), but he always tends to take it too far, and he usually gets beaten up. If it isn't Rio slugging him for looking up her skirt, it's the rest of Team Warrior for sneaking into the girl's locker. While visually quite similar to his character in the pervious series, this Yuji is changed quite a bit in terms of plot. While the previous Yuji was a low-level perverted policemen, this Yuji holds the rank of Head Chief, and is portrayed as a smart, well educated officer from a wealthy family. Also, rather than just a perverted camera otaku, Yuji in Scramble is shown as a fairly successful lady's man. He still does serve as comic relief, since Rio still rejects his advances, causing him to be beat up by her a lot. But no matter how much Rio rejects him, he is still actively pursuing her. Fud� was part of the group of grave robbers who dug up four of the dead Twelve Guardian Ninja. He was the brute force of the group, and was usually shown paired up with Fuen.
Gameru is a ninja who possesses one of Iou's prototype ninja tools, Dako. Him along with Kusune came to Iou to get ninja tools but he refused to give some to outsiders. Gameru and Kusune fight Naruto Uzumaki and Neji Hyūga who are no match against Iou's ninja tools. When Iou gives Tenten his latest invention, Jidanda, Tenten easily defeats the two.
