Another mail-rider of the First Unit, who has short pinkish-red hair and is always seen with a lollipop in her mouth. Unlike the rest of her unit, she's rather friendly towards Ange. She is always cheerful and enjoys asking quizzes to her squad mates. It is revealed that she is a DRAGON and the lollipops keep her in human form, hence why, by instinct, she enjoys Ange's song even in her DRAGON form. When Ange, and Tusk fond themselves in an alternate earth that is 500 years in its future where humanity has been wiped out and is replace by DRAGONS who refer to themselves as true humans. She later on learned that she herself came from the said world where during one of the DRAGON's sorties in the other earth she followed her mother but got separated and end up being in Arzenal under the care of Ersha, with no memory as to who she was. Birthday: November 8 Pan is a fictional character in the manga and anime series Dragon Ball Z, as well as Dragon Ball GT. She is a Human-Saiyajin quarter breed. In the original Japanese version, she was voiced by Yuko Minaguchi, while she is voiced by Elise Baughman in the FUNimation dub and by Caitlynne Medrek in the Blue Water Studios redubs. It should be noted that Pan's name comes from the Pan of Roman (as well as others) mythology. That means that, at first glance, she appears to have been named after her mother Videl rather than her father Gohan. However, closer inspection reveals a double-pun on behalf of author Akira Toriyama, in that Pan is also the Japanese and Spanish word for bread, continuing her father's food-based name as well as her mother's god-religion-based name. Pan is introduced in the series following the ten year interval between the defeat of Majin Buu and the end of the written Dragon Ball series. In the series, Pan is daughter of the primary character named Son Gohan, and as a result, the granddaughter of the main character named Son Goku. Pan is the only original character in the series with the most diluted Saiyajin heritage, and as a result, it was stated in the Daizenshuu that she didn't have the ability to become a Super Saiyajin. However, this is later contradicted by the Dragon Ball GT Perfect file books that stated that she could have ascended if she trained hard enough. It was also stated by Toriyama that the simple reason to Pan's inability to become a Super Saiyajin was that he could not come up with a logical design for a female Super Saiyajin; being that most of the Super Saiyajin traits are typical of males, and not females. As Pan only appears for three chapters in the manga, her later life is elaborated on in the anime-only series called Dragon Ball GT, where she is seen as a young girl who travels the galaxy with her grandfather Goku, and Trunks, the half-Saiyajin son of the characters Vegeta and Bulma. In the final episode of Dragon Ball GT, Pan is seen as an old woman, being over 100 years old. She is the grandmother to the character named Son Goku Jr., who has the ability to become a Super Saiyajin. This contridicts the Daizenshuu that stated that characters who possessed less then half-Saiyajin heritage did not have the ability to become Super Saiyajins because of diluted blood-lines.

Ringo's older sister who died in a subway explosion on the day of Ringo's birth, and the original owner of her diary. She was friends with both Tabuki and Yuri. Her diary is allegedly one that can transfer the fate of individuals, such as preventing someone from dying. However, these transfers inflict injuries on the user as payment, with more drastic fate transfers resulting in larger and even fatal injury. It is revealed in Episode 23 that she was divided into the two penguin hats by Sanetoshi.
Salia is the Department Chief (the NCO or platoon sergeant of Angelise's unit). After Zola is killed, she is promoted to the rank of Captain, but seems to have trouble dealing with unexpected situations on the battlefield. According to Vivian, she is known to read romance novels with mature content. She resents Ange for disobeying her orders and attacks the DRAGONs alone but is convinced to think otherwise after Mei tells her that she believes Ange does so in order to keep others from being killed. Mei's claim is supported by the fact that upon checking her captain's log, Salia noticed that ever since Ange joined the unit, (and after Coco, Miranda, and Zola's deaths) there have been no casualties during their previous missions. It is revealed that during her free time, Salia would rent a changing room from Jasmine where she would cosplay as a magical girl based on a book she reads, as a way of venting and relieving her stress. Her secret is discovered by Ange who inadvertently enters the changing room she was using. Salia, greatly embarrassed, later attempts to kill Ange but is unsuccessful. So far Ange is the only one who knows about Salia's secret hobby. Salia greatly admires Jill, who was called Alektra in the past, since she was a child. Upon witnessing a severely wounded Alektra return in defeat during a rebellion, the young Salia vows to exact revenge. Jill initially vows to give her the "Villkiss" up until Ange's arrival, and Salia becomes dismayed. Despite Jill's objections, she pilots the Villkiss and after realizing that Ange is meant to pilot the Villkiss, is detained for insubordination.
