An assistant inspector from the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department, this charming lady first appeared in the last few episodes of Season 1 with a car theft case in tow. A strict, no-nonsense kind of person, she initially comes off as cold-hearted, but beneath that imposing demeanor is actually a woman who is selflessly dedicated to her duties and those that fall under her command. She is ready to help the females of Bokuto Station and is approachable whenever she is around at the station. During the course of her career, Kaoruko had participated in at least one Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department Color Guard parade. (Source: Wikipedia)
Washu, The self proclaimed greatest scientist in the Universe. Her First appearance is in episode 6 of Tenchi Muyo. Trapped inside a Crystal on the "Mirrorside" of Kagato's Spaceship. where she was released for the first time in 5000 years. Despite her age of 20,000 years Washu displays her self mostly as a girl in her early teens. but can adapt her physical age at any time to an adult form. The reason for this is because her child and husband where taken from her. Since her husband came from a prestigious family, Washu was not approved the social status of the Family. Thus, she was not allowed to be with her family. Her hatred for these "adult rules" is why she'd rather be a child by appearance. Her Child was Mikumo Kuramitsu, The great-grandfather of Mihoshi, making Mihoshi Washu's great-granddaughter. Washu is responsible for creating the Soja, Ryo-ohki and Ryoko. Using her own egg cell as a base for Ryoko's creation, making Washu her mother. Like Ryoko, Washu can create energy swords and blasts at will. She also has a telekinetic link with Ryo-ohki and Ryoko. Being able to read their memorys to some extent, this ability is not perfect as shown in episode 10 when she needed to connect Ryo-ohki to a machine in order to read her toughs. She can also create interdimentional portals near herself to dispose and create objects (Shown in episode 8). Her main Goal is discovering the source of Tenchi's Power. She will go to almost any extent to get him as a guinea pig for her experiments, and strips him down to his undies for when it's not needed. Washu (Washu-Kami-Sama) is one of the Choshin Goddesses along with Tsunami and Tokimi. but she gave up her immortality and powers to be able to unlock the secrets of the universe. Washu-Kami-Sama had 3 gems which contained her power and memories. These are the gems Ryoko uses for her powers.
Birthday: November 4 Mihoshi Kuramitsu is a Galaxy Police detective in the fictional Tenchi Muyo! anime and manga series. Her given name "Mihoshi", literally means "Beautiful Star", and is derived from a town in the Okayama Prefecture formerly known as Bisei. In the OVA, Mihoshi is a Seniwan and a member of the Kuramitsu family, whose power is second only to the Jurai Royal Family. Mihoshi is known as one of the finest officers in the Galaxy Police, but her career soon hit a major roadblock after an incident hinted at in the 4th episode of the 1st OVA, and the 4th episode of the 3rd one (it has been alluded that the incident involved an arranged marriage, which would factor in Misao's attack later in the series). It's revealed in the True Tenchi novels, that Mihoshi fell in love with the man she was supposed to marry and he left and broke her heart and she proceeded in commiting suicide and then was revived by the Kuramitsu family, the consequences being her incompetence and her near invulnerability. Mihoshi is actually the great-great-granddaughter of Washu, through her son Mikumo, although this is only stated outside the series itself, and her grandfather Minami Kuramitsu is the Grand Marshall of the Galaxy Police. Mihoshi's mother Mitoto also works for the Galaxy Police, as a cleaning lady. She also has a younger brother, Misao, who had married Mashisu Makibi. Whether her kinship with and ability to constantly circumvent one of the 11-dimensional Chousin goddesses is a sign that she's yet another of the series' transcendental anomalies is unconfirmed at this point. However, it is noteworthy that her mother Mitoto has a reminiscent ability to subconsciously travel vast interstellar distances. Whether she shares her daughter's causuality-bending talent is unknown at this point, but Minami, Mikami and Misao apparently don't. Although she tends to eat and sleep a lot, Mihoshi is very serious about her job in the G.P, doesn't mind helping out with regular household work, and seems better at it than Ryoko or Ayeka. She has been known to write very extensive and unstructured reports... cluttered with details, so it can sometimes take her superiors a while to figure them out. In fact, because her report on the Kagato incident included detailed information on the Jurai royal trees, her report is now TOP SECRET with Jurai Intelligence (Funaho Jurai once confessed to Washu that it took Jurai Intelligence four days to summarize the report). A duplicate report, omitting the sensitive information, was submitted in its place.
Ryo-Ohki is the sister of Ryoko (both being Masu hybrids created by Washu) as well as her spacecraft. Like Ryoko, she has the ability to phase through solid objects, and is friendly with everyone, especially Sasami. It should be noted, however, that she only takes orders from Ryoko in ship form. When Washu was imprisoned by Kagato she and Ryoko attacked planet Jurai in a failed attempt to capture the Tsunami tree where she was shot down above Earth while fleeing Yosho's ship Funaho and remained in a deep sleep underwater for seven hundred years until the seal on Ryoko was broken by Tenchi. The current Ryo-Ohki is a second generation, the original died of old age but regenerated by creating a child with its memories that took the form of a cabbit (part cat, part rabbit). The smaller form was created by Ryoko after her revival, before she could leave the cave she watched over Tenchi constantly in an astral form and fed some of her power to a dying cat he was taking care of to keep it alive but had to take the power back upon her revival, so she had it assimilated by Ryo-Ohki. Ryo-Ohki's power is equal to the Second generation Jurai tree-ships, although she doesnt have the power to create Light Hawk Wings, she temporarily acquired the ability by assimilating Ryu-Oh, but lost the power when Ryu-Oh was destroyed but seems to have a friendship with him as she can be seen communicating with the newly born sapling Ryu-Oh. In the OVA series Ryo-Ohki gains two humanoid forms. One of a child, and a teenage form; although she prefers the smaller one as its easier to maintain her balance.
Nobuyuki is the father of Tenchi Masaki. He works as an architect. He appears to be the main source of money for Tenchi and the girls while they are on Earth. In Tenchi Muyo! Ryo-Ohki, Nobuyuki is only a minor character, a distant descendant of Yosho (Katsuhito). Originally, he and Tenchi lived in the city where he would work and Tenchi would go to school. But after Ryoko was awakened, Nobuyuki saw Tenchi with her and was surprised that Tenchi had a girl in his room. Nobuyuki attempted to record their private session, but then Ayeka arrived and Nobuyuki was miniaturized along with the house by Ryoko while escaping from Ayeka. Afterwards, the house was permanently relocated next to the Masaki family shrine and Nobuyuki eventually moved back into the city living in an apartment with an old friend of the family, Rea Masaki. He and Rea became engaged and at the end of the series they were married. Before the ceremony, Tenchi at first was angry when he found out that the story he was told about how his late mother Kiyone died was fictitious. Eventually Tenchi and Nobuyuki talked and Tenchi apologized for his earlier behavior and chose to accept his father's new wife Rea, as she had been more of a mother figure to him than his real mother and having her around won't be any different. Nobuyuki admitted that it was because of that fictitious story that they hesitated to tell him about the truth behind Kiyone's death or that Kiyone was also a prankster. Due to his Juraian heritage and training (enhancement) at the Galaxy Academy, Nobuyuki has lived longer than any normal human, and is currently around two hundred years of age. (Source: Wikipedia)

Though skilled with ranged weapons, he can hold his own in melee combat. Archer considers Shirou Emiya's idealism to be weak and delusional, recognizing Shirou's mentality of "wanting to save everyone" as naive and impossible. Archer is actually the future version of Emiya Shirou, who became a hero through Emiya's wish to save innocent lives. Archer is skilled in archery through Shirou's own talent in the field, swordsmanship through training his body for his optimal fighting style, as well as some skill in magic through Shirou's training. Archer became a Counter Guardian when he prayed to the world for a miracle saving about 100 people. He was then scapegoated by one of the people he saved, and executed. Feeling betrayed by the world, Archer prays that he is summoned in the Holy Grail War so that he can correct his mistake through a paradox and kill Shirou to stop him from becoming a Counter Guardian. Shinpachi meets Gintoki after Shinpachi was tripped by the ambassador of Planet Chatoran. Gintoki beats up the ambassador and his guards, not to stand up for Shinpachi, but to get revenge for his spilled parfait. Gintoki frames Shinpachi for the crime, which somehow led to him saving Shimura Tae (Otae), Shinpachi's sister, from becoming part of a brothel. Despite his meek appearance, Shinpachi is a more than competent swordsman of his family's Kakid-Ryu, the type of swordmanship his dojo teaches. In the character popularity poll, he was in 8th place. His name is roughly based on Shinsengumi member Nagakura Shinpachi and comedian Ken Shimura.
