Afterwards, he leads the villagers on a brutal Shiki extermination, which only ends when the village is burned down.

He seems rather old, but has a sense of humour, openly mocking Kaze about how old he looks. He is knowledgeable enough to spot skilled combatants, such as Kei, Kaze, Kato, Yoshikawa and Mary Mclane, and even seemed pleased he joined with them, because of their strength.
