Anne is a Master Knight with outstanding powers. Although being very experienced, she never feels at ease in battle because deaths and suffering are things she cannot accustomise to. Her relationship with Pray is very close, that can be shown by Anne's dream of eventually opening a cafe somewhere and move out to the country with Pray and live a peaceful life. Her first appearance is as a War Advisor for Admiral Jack Norton, when she fights in the battle of Void. She had plans to retire soon, as her body was injured from many battles she fought in her life. According to her, she has a busted shoulder and knees and a sore back, along with a high amount of accumulated radiation from a battle years before with Lucifer. It is clear, however, that her desire to retire comes from the sadness she always feel in the war zone and also her will to be together with Pray. She hasn't been in the front lines in years and shows insecurity in her skills, but despite that, she fights once again and kills the Queen on Void.
Anne is a first year high schooler who likes imagine made-up and impossible situations. She lives a distant countryside town and is the daughter of a managing mob family, who watches out delinquents and such. Anne goes to school called Mago Academy, in which the classes are divided in a certain hierarchy: Gold, Silver, and Bronze.<br><br>Anne is in the Bronze class due to her "bad" behavior, defending people who are forced to convert to Mago but doesn't want to and her refusal to convert to the school's cult religion.

Hayate saved her from an attack from a dog, which stole her doll, when they were young (Volume 17 flashback). She rewarded him with a kiss on his lips in return which got her father worried. They had never mentioned to each other about the incident since they first met in Haku� Academy as time had blurred their image of each other during childhood. It is hinted in later chapters that she might have feelings for Hayate. In season 4, a running gag appeared in which Yukiji started to refer to her and two of her friends, Risa and Miki, as the "Three Idiots."

His parents passed away while he was young. He was raised by his sister Yuri. He was angry about his sister's marriage to a man with two daughters from prior marriage. When Yuri and her husband went missing, their three daughters had no one to turn to. Segawa decided to take them in and wants to become their guardian. He is surprising reliable, and even the little Hina got close to him quickly. He develops feelings for Raika Oda. It is unknown what happens with his relationship with Raika in the OVAs of the series; however, in those OVAs, it is revealed that he and Sora are engaged.
A crow +Anima, Cooro can spring black feathered wings from his back and use them to fly like a bird. He is naïve, a bit absent-minded, and slow to make decisions. However, he is optimistic and always cheerful. He is kind-hearted, and more than willing to help anyone in need, although sometimes his good work results in him asking for pay or food. It is revealed that he fell from the sky when he was a baby at the beginning of volume one. That is the last of his past you see, but there is a scholar who knows about him.It seems that he had his +Anima since he was born. He recused Husky from the circus when he arrived, but was first employed as the "messenger of death" (due to his black wings). He enthusiastically let Nana, Senri, and Rose join up and travel with them right away He trusts everyone, which can get him in trouble, but can lead to good things. Also in some point he has ability to read other people or anima emotions. His favorite food is really anything, but especially apples. He hates bitter foods and bees, and when his friends get hurt.
