Patty Crew was originally part of BLACK PHANTOM. In a mission with Kaoru, Momiji, Kazura, Kagari, Mio and Momotarou, Patty was the target to be saved from the organization. She was being used to destroy P.A.N.D.R.A. Although Kaoru destroyed the grip on her by BLACK PHANTOM, she tried to kill herself because of mind-control self-destruct programming after a loss. Hyoubu speculates that the triple boost was not a complete success because of this fact. In the end of the anime and also in recent manga chapters, Patty has been shown to have joined P.A.N.D.R.A. Comically, Patty has a large interest in yaoi pairings, due to Hy�bu just copying how Bullet and Tim Toy were treated during their recovery with somewhat little regard, and her normal taciturn personality will change upon seeing any of the male members of P.A.N.D.R.A. (or even male members of B.A.B.E.L.) in questionable situations. This extends to the omake pages where Patty apparently draws doujinshi with male pairings for a hobby, and visits comic conventions and otaku-related places such as Akihabara. When Hy�bu goes unconscious and Yo is suggested to give him mouth-to-mouth recisitation, at which he begs her to help him get out of the situation, but she just says that she wants to draw the situation. The main character of the story, he chooses to attend a former all-girl school simply because it is close to his home. The first day at the school, he is forced to join the student council as vice president and male representative. He is usually surprised on the coming chat among the student council, especially between Amakusa Shino and Shichijou Aria but most of the time he is able to remain calm.
Son of a Yakuza family. He's intelligent but not an adept fighter. He likes sweet things, wants to marry a Yamato Nadeshiko and says he's the kind of person who has to do it absolutely correctly when he puts his mind into something otherwise he can't be satisfied. Raku once got amnesia. He tried to save Chitoge from a wild ball that unintentionally aimed for her head. Unfortunately, it hit his head mercilessly. He was unconscious and then woke up a second later. He did not recognize anyone, even though all of his friend were beside him. He became a really sincere person. He charmed everyone who talked to him—even Chitoge, Tsugumi, Tachibana, and of course Onodera. During his amnesia period, he stayed at Chitoge's mansion. After some quarrel with Chitoge, it seemed like he hinted about the one who holds a key. It was also unclear though because he immediately regained his memory. The hint regarding the girl who holds the key to his locket is "the girl's eyes were either brown or black but not blue." In the end, Raku realises that he has feelings for Chitoge, rather than Onodera. While Onodera confesses to him, and turns out to be the girl of the promise, he rejects her confession. He tells Chitoge that he loves her, and she confirms that their feelings are both mutual.

He is generally not as eager to rant as Madarame, but is more comfortable with himself than Kugayama. A hardcore cosplayer and costume designer, Tanaka is able to bring what should be impractical or even impossible costumes to life. Tanaka is also an expert plamo (plastic model) builder and is not afraid to teach anyone who is willing to learn. While well-versed in many areas of model and figure culture, Tanaka is personally not experienced with figure-modeling, but attempts to learn by sculpting a model of Shinobu from Kujibiki Unbalance. Tanaka finds his dream girl in Ohno, who becomes not only the ideal model for his costumes, but also his girlfriend. He also makes costumes for Saki and Ogiue, though this can be attributed to his love of costume design, and not any sort of romantic feelings towards either of them.
