As a member of the Li clan of sorcerers from Hong Kong, of which Clow's mother was a member, Shaoran believes that he should be the one to inherit the Clow Cards, not Sakura Kinomoto. He first appears as an antagonist in the story, capturing a few cards for himself in the anime (though none in the manga). As the series progresses, and especially after Sakura is officially deemed the new master of the Cards, Shaoran drops his rivalistic attitude towards her and becomes her ally and friend, eventually falling in love with her and blushing at practically every sight of her.
Of all of Muscle Tower, Goku's second challenge - to get past Sergeant Metallic (a.k.a. Full Metal Jacket) - was by far the most difficult task. Since Metallic was a robot, he was very hard, and in all truth the only reason Goku won was because the major's batteries ran out of power. At one point in the anime, Goku accidentally blows off his head using a Kamehameha, but even that doesn't stop Metallic from continuing its' rampage. Even without a head and eventually losing both wrists, he tried to repeatedly stomp Goku flat. It was the first time in the series someone was actually able to take a couple hits from the Saiyan warrior and survive. Metallic appeared for a couple seconds in Dragonball GT, firing his fist off and causing major damage to a building. Stylistically, he is an obvious tribute/parody of The Terminator played by Arnold Schwarzenegger.
A starving king who will do anything to collect the dragon balls.
Member of the 12th Division's research institute and the second-best gigai scientist in the Research Institute. Akon's appearance is that of a tall and eyebrow-less man , with a jagged part, and three short horns (and a possible fourth, which is hidden by his hair) on his forehead which he did not have when he was younger, 101 years ago. Not much is know about Akon except that he was the first to realize that Rukia Kuchiki's gigai was created by "someone working outside the laws of the Soul Society", in his words but he is refering to Kisuke Urahara. He is usually seen along his two partners Rin Tsubokura and Hiyosu. Together they were in charge of monitoring the real world for any increase in Arrancar activity during the Arrancar arc. In Turn Back The Pendulum, he joined the Science Bureau shortly after its establishment by Kisuke Urahara, 101 years prior to the present day. Curiously he did not have his horns at this time. In the present, he appears to get along quite well with Mayuri Kurotsuchi, far better than he did with Hiyori Sarugaki. He is now one of the best researchers of the Shinigami Research and Development Institute under Mayuri Kurotsuchi's charge, and is also chairman of the Shinigami Men's Association.

He also wears the standard mask the known members seem to wear, although he wears his on his chest. He has purple hair parted in a long fringe on the left side of his face.
A muscular Unforgiven who serves Shuren. He is able to detach his arm in a similar fashion to a grappling hook, using it as his primary weapon.
Birthday: August 31 Zodiac: Virgo Gender: Male Race: Shinigami Height: 187.96 cm Weight: 78.17 kg Title: Lieutenant of 6th Division Zanpakuto: Zabimaru Bankai: Hihio Zabimaru Shikai Command: Roar! Zabimaru! Education: Shinou Academy Marital status: single Favorite sport: futsal Renji is one of the most unusual Bleach character, having long crimson hair which is usually kept in high ponytail, and whole upper body tattooed in tribal work. He dresses in normal Shinigami kimono, but he usually wears some kind of headband (it's shown to be rather very expensive glasses or white headband). In terms of personality, Renji is same as any other Shinigami. His personality varies from cocky and eccentric, to being depressed after he's defeated, all the way to being clueless and funny. Although he's carefree and happy character in most of the series, he can be quite serious, especially when it's the matter of life and death situations for either him or people he hold precious. He is shown to have rather complicated relationship with his captain, Kuchiki Byakuya. Renji sees Byakuya as the goal he has to surpass. First time, when Renji was still in the Academy, he encountered Byakuya and felt something chilling about him. In the meantime, Renji became Byakuya's lieutenant, and throughout the series, Renji starts to see Byakuya not only as rival, but also as man he can look up to.
