Takami Sahashi is the mother of Minato and Yukari and the MBI's head researcher and person in charge of Sekirei Plan. She revealed that she lied about working at a pharmaceutical company to Minato after the escape plan when she took him in temporary custody. Whenever she's angry or making jokes, she makes a demonic facial visage, a trait that is shared with Yukari. She, along with Hiroto, discovered the Sekirei ship. She is also the adjuster of Homura (together with Takehito), Musubi, Shiina and Kusano, possibly out of shame as she frequently expresses doubt and disgust at Hiroto for what he is doing. She has a long scar over her left eye, which she received from Yomi while trying to protect Kusano. In chapter 100 of the manga, it is revealed that she gave birth to Minato out of wedlock with Minaka due to her refusal to allow Minaka to be part of their family.

Android MAYUYU Code-CG-3 is the 3rd member of AKB0048 to take up the name of Mayu Watanabe. In front of the fans and cameras, she always wears her most charming idol smile, but normally, in the dorm and around the other members, she maintains an expressionless face and speaks in a deadpan voice. She seems to show hatred towards Takami Sahashi as she could be the person that Minaka Hiroto loved. Due to this, Kazehana stated that she didn't had any interest in things such as the Sekirei Plan because she didn't expect to like and accept an Ashikabi other than Minaka. She questioned herself however if Minato would be able to convince her to become his Sekirei and decided to put him up to the test. Despite Minato's lack of 'manliness', his concern and love for his Sekirei caused Kazehana to develop feelings for him and she eventually became his Sekirei. Like Tsukiumi, Kazehana addresses herself as Minato's 'wife'. Currently she competes for Minato's affection by joining the shopping contests and wearing all kinds of outfits from Uzume's collection in order to make him "happy". Minato's sixth Sekirei. At first he was the self-proclaimed 'Sekirei guardian', he often interrupted Hikari and Hibiki's fights to side with the unwinged Sekirei. Homura is said to be a Sekirei prototype (his power and gender are unstable), however he continues to think and act as a male even after his body started becoming female. He lives at Izumo Inn as "Kagari", a popular host club entertainer and no one except Miya, Uzume, Matsu and Kazehana know his secret identity. He's later revealed to be Sekirei #6 and his ability is the basic element, "Fire". By the end of the second stage he was the last unwinged Sekirei. The MBI director sent a message to all Ashikabi that the last unwinged Sekirei was in the north area, and became hunted by them. Homura was been reacting to Minato, which caused 'him' great stress over his potential Ashikabi being male, although Homura almost kissed Minato once. Homura has left Izumo Inn to go after Minaka Takehito (game master and head of the MBI) in order to bring an end to the Sekirei game. After being cornered by other ashikabi who wanted to wing him, Homura decides to commit suicide by igniting his body with his own flames, but is saved in the last time by Minato and his Sekirei crew. Seo is a rough character that gets dominated by his two Sekirei Hikari and Hibiki. He usually takes on odd jobs around the city just to survive, and is helpful at times even if his rough exterior doesn't show it. He is an old friend of Miya's deceased husband, and is deathly afraid of her.

Benitsubasa is also known as the 'Crimson (Red) Sekirei', she is a 'third generation' member of the MBI Disciplinary Squad. She is a hand-to-hand fighter, similar to Musubi, with a habit of sticking her tongue out while fighting.
