Despite her boyish looks, Otto is actually a girl and one of the last Numbers to be completed, along with Deed and Sette. Being a taciturn person makes hard for her to communicate with others. But due to their akin personalities, she and Deed share a strong bond that allows them a degree of silent mutual understanding. Along with Otto and Sette, this dual sword wielder was one of the last Numbers to be completed. She and Otto were created while using the same genetic material as a basis. That plus the fact that they both belong to the same taciturn type makes Deed and Otto very close to one another. When directing herself to her older sisters, Deed always presents a very polite behavior. On another note, Wendi dislikes her and Otto because of their always-serious personalities. In episode 24, after being temporarily knocked out by Teana, she regained consciousness and attempted a surprise attack on Teana. Her attack failed, as she was swiftly knocked out by Vice Granscenic's snipe shot from distance.
Yoshika's mother is a compassionate, friendly and competent woman healer. Together with her grandmother Miyafuji operates a medical practice and as the magic potential is strong in her family, has her own daughter about these healing powers, and hopes to continue the practice one day.
Anna Ferrara is a retired Venezian Witch that makes a living training younger witches. She has lent her instruction to Mio, Yoshika, Perrine and Lynne. She was part of Venezian military even before the Neuroi War I and fought against the Neuroi before the introduction of Striker Unit. Therefore she is the one of few Witches who still can fly with brooms in the 1940's. Now, she teaches younger Witches how to fly with brooms to let them train their magic control ability. Although she is definitely past 20 in age, Anna still retains her magical power just like the Miyafuji family. However, she does not have any other special abilities like the healing magic of Miyafuji family. This suggests that her magical ability is the act of flying itself. She is based on the Italian WWI fighter pilot Arturo Ferrarin, who received medals and fame outside of Italy after setting a long distance non-stop flight world record. He died in 1941, when a prototype aircraft he was test-flying crashed. (Source: Wikipedia)
Designated with the number "10", Deici entered in service roughly at the same time as Sein and thus treat the Numbers 1 to 6 as her seniors. A taciturn person who usually does not express her feelings openly and even though she holds deep love for all her sisters, she usually hides it behind a mask of coldness and professionalism, especially when in front of Nove and the other younger sisters. She seems to be somewhat more comfortable in Quattro's presence, going as far as opening herself a little to her, although she sees the senior Number's habits as trivial. Dieci always carries out her orders, even if she might personally disapprove them, although this does not prevent her from having doubts and feeling sympathy towards who she considers "unrelated victims". In episode 23, Nanoha captured her after being overpowered by Nanoha's Excelion Buster. (Source: Wikipedia)
A Belkan Bug Summoner. Lutecia travels with Zest and Agito. The 3 works with Scaglietti on getting Relics, but Lutecia is only of the 3 that trusts Scaglietti and his Numbers. Zest and Agito have tried to convince that Scaglietti isn't worth trusting, but have been unsuccessful as Lutecia views Scaglietti as a kind man. Because of her trusting attitude, Scaglietti has been able to manipulate her actions to an extent. She and Zest have been referred to on one occasion as Relic Weapon Experiments by Scaglietti. And as it turns out, she and Zest have been searching for very specific Relics, Lutecia specifically in search of Relic number 11. As revealed in Episode 24, she is the daughter of Megane Alpine, who was involved in the Combat Cyborg incident where Zest was presumed to have been killed. In the Epilogue she is seen living with her mother. She is named for the Renault Lutecia, known in most markets as Renault Clio. Alpine was a sports car brand bought by Renault. (Source: Wikipedia)
