Yue Bairong is the brother of Xing Bairong and Lee Bairong. Yue switched identities with Xing; Xing is the Emperor, although it is formally Yue (who now goes by Xing's name). Personality Yue is very hard-working, loyal, and empathetic. He strives to be the best he can be, and takes incredible tasks and training upon himself. Also, he is the most caring and kindly person of the Bairong Princes.However, that is not all there is to him. He does have an analytical side, and proves to be the most intelligent of his sibling when he begins his work on the 170 Volumes of the Tae-Pyung-Chung-Ryung-Sue. These books list the problems of the empire. But, he knew that the ministers and subjects of the empire "wouldn't show or tell" him the truth because they would have been scared of offending him while he was emperor. His ability to read people and think strategically serves him well, and he is still able to make a contribution to the Empire. Though he has not done much extensively in current events, the state of his empire's capital city and his reaction may mean that he may have become a much different person than the humble, untested brother that he once was. Not much has been seen of Yue's combat ability as of late. All that is known is that he can use Chi, presumably on the level of, of, and with the skill of, a Bairong Emperor. Powers When he is seen in the Bairong Empire Arc, his abilities have increased drastically; he is easily able to overpower Xing, and nearly overpowers Lee.

When Yue was chosen as the next emperor he was convinced by his servant Euhwan and his father the emperor to kill his brother. Having trained 17 years to be the next emperor, not becoming emperor was the same as death to him. Lee shows up but loses the emperor appears and kills Eunwon and tries to kill Lee, stating that he wanted to gather up and get rid of as many traitors as possible, but Yue threatened to kill himself. He is skilled and while under the control of a witch even Tasha and Xing could not defeat him. His personality constantly antagonizes many people, which has Tasha tease him by calling him an extra and noting how he was defeated by his little sister, being controlled by a Witch and owes him half his paycheck. He was suppose to be an unnamed extra according to the author, but they expanded his role. His hobbies include gardening, he likes receiving praise and the plants he grows and hates being ignored. His sister is Tania, the S-Class Administrator of the North and the only person he fears. She is known to take care of his personal garden while he is away and uses this as leverage over him. Appearance Alisha is a young girl with light hair that is kept in a ponytailtied with a ribbon. She wears a long-sleeved top with a short-sleeved shirt over it, a bow tie, a jagged skirt, large belt and high-heeled shoes. Story Alisha first appears when she informs Linda Cuthbert of Tasha's return, of his team up with Tarras and Xing and of his murder charge, much to the disbelief of Linda. Alisha appears again after Tarras learns he is to be dispatched to the East with Xing Bairong. She pokes him in the eyes as punishment for not helping with the compensation documents from lands he had destroyed and asks for his help in finishing them. Tarras refuses and boasts of his accomplishments but quickly backs down when Alisha reminds him she can destroy his garden while he is away.

She does seem to cooperate with North, but does not trust her, as the latter has not revealed her plans to her.
