A minor character in the Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu series. She is a Modern Japanese teacher at Fumizuki Academy. In the anime adaptation, as Akihisa Yoshii, Minami Shimada, and Mizuki Himeji are trying to escape from the raging Miharu Shimizu, they ask for her supervision approval for a Shoukanjuu Battle because it's the weekend, and there is no other teacher in the vicinity. She is able to maintain four at once, impressing both Nurarihyon and fellow onmyoji. She was trained by Akifusa, who raised her to see yokai as evil. She seeks to complete her training by defeating Nurarihyon and then inheriting leadership of the Keikain household. After spending time with Rikuo and being exposed to his yokai form, she begins to see how yokai are similar to people in that they are not all good or evil. She is a frugal girl who doesn't mind eating food that has fallen on the floor and is glad her shikigami don't require food. Her stomach growls at inopportune moments, but she doesn't seem to mind.
She was introduced in episode 6 as an elegant, highly intelligent, and admired student of Oso Girl's Academy, and the head of the school's art club. Behind her facade, however, is a psychopath, whose obsession in killing her fellow students and using their bodies to construct grotesque works of art was influenced by her father's artworks. The art is then displayed in the city at points of high exposure underneath Holographic Illuminations. Before she could be captured by the Bureau, she is killed by an associate of Makishima who then turned her bones into a set of smoking pipes. Makishima was the man who gave her the tools required to enable her to perform her murders. Her father was in a hospital in a catatonic state, caused by an excess of stress management eventually halting his body's response to any stimuli.
Warrant Officer Vato Falman escorts General Hakuro back from his vacation and works in the investigation department under Lieutenant Hughes, as well as aiding Roy Mustang at Eastern Headquarters. After Hughes's untimely death, Falman begs Mustang to let him join the team, and after thinking it through Mustang allows him to transfer with him back to Central. The main female protagonist of the show. Her birthday is 31 August and she has 2 brothers. Mimi is MM Gakuen Class 2-6 president. She often proclaims that she's a popularity icon, and she would ensure that everything she does is a standard towards perfect. The only thing she's bad at is cooking. Every episode, Mimi would go around to help people with make-up and dressing problems. As a class president, she is shouldering a heavy responsibility for her classmates. Even though, she would still offer help to anyone she meets who faces trouble. Even her class' most problematic students, MM3, who used to think she's nosy, have changed their mindsets towards her as they see the changes she made to people's lives. She was like a "yankee" in junior high school without knowing the fashion. She was saved by a guy who was running from a group of delinquents, which made her wants to learn fashion from the magazine and by a hair designer. She was rejected, but according to Temotemo, she confessed to a wrong guy, and that the one she fell in love with was Toujou-kun!
Yumi's friend and avid photographer, she's part of the Photography Club and helps out sometimes for the school's newspaper. Youko entered Lillian during her first year of middle school. Despite coming from an outside schooling system she was asked to give the welcome speech for first year students. She is characterized as being calm but sharp with a mischievous side, in the manga she is described to be "lily" like. Her greatest day was seeing the Rose Mansion filled with ordinary students during the Bouton's card hunt. During Youko's second year of high school, Rosa Gigantea and Rosa Chinensis (Sei and Youko's onee-sama's respectively) tricked Youko into taking an interest in Ogasawara Sachiko. Sachiko, Youko noted, always walked looked like she was fighting internally with something. With an endless desire to help (or meddle, as Sei put it) people Youko took Sachiko as her petite soeur. She had Sachiko quit her after school lessons (or in the novel, hinted about it) and once scolded her for not expressing her emotions and opinions. Much like Sachiko did to Yumi. Prior to graduating, Youko took Yumi aside and asked her to look after her stubborn and "uncute" little sister. Then later during Sachiko and Yumi's separation she felt slightly jealous of the close bond between them. Youko considers herself to be Sachiko's onee-sama even beyond graduating from Lillian. Aside from her petite soeur Youko is probably closest to Satou Sei. They met during middle school when Youko approached Sei about joining clubs. Sei asked if Youko too felt alienated from the class but Youko said she simply became interested in Sei. Disinterested in this, Sei called her a meddler. During Sei's relationship with Shiori it was Youko who constantly tried to reach out to Sei. It was also Youko who asked Shiori to leave Sei a letter when she left. Fans have speculated that Youko has an unrequited love for her friend and the Sei/Youko pairing is very popular within the fandom. After graduating from Lillian, Youko attends law school. She tearfully admitted that she would have liked to attend a liberal arts college but it wouldn't have enabled her to help people.
