Nicholas/Yoshito is a character who appeared in "Weekend Warrior". He is the son of Jeremy/Ogata, a businessman who enjoys Contests, and Mandy/Yoshie. He and his mother Mandy interrupt his father's appeal to convince him to give up his dream of competing and come home. Jeremy explains what competing means to him, and the audience and other competitors cheer him on to continue competing. Natalie (Japanese: ナオコ Naoko) is a character of the day who appeared in The Lotad Lowdown. She is the youngest sister of Rita and Nicole. She is voiced by Leah Applebaum in English and 西原久美å� Kumiko Nishihara in Japanese. Natalie, along with her older sister, run a Flower shop near the lake of the Lotad. When Ash and co. were playing at the lake with the Lotad, Natalie told them to come with her to get lectured. But instead of them being lectured, she gets lectured by her older sister Nicole for being rude to the travelers. When Natalie saw how Brock treated her sisters with more kindness, she gets a bit jealous, showing that she had a crush on him. Afterwards, wherever Brock is, Natalie is always next to him, willing to do whatever Brock wants or needs. Natalie's infatuation for Brock also leads her into trouble when she decided to search for a Sitrus Berry by herself, thinking that it would help Brock achieve his goal as a Master Breeder. After finding a Sitrus Berry, Natalie suddenly gets attacked by a swarm of Beedrill. Brock comes to the rescue and saves Natalie from danger. At the end of the episode, Natalie gives Brock a list of Berries and their effects on Pokémon, which she promised to do earlier in the episode. Bulbapedia
Chaz (Japanese: エイジ Eiji) is a character of the day who appeared in All Things Bright and Beautifly. Chaz is a Pokémon Coordinator who entered the Rustboro contest along side his friend and rival, Janet. In the end he and Janet made it to the final round. He used his Venomoth against her Beautifly but he ended up losing to her. Chaz also helped Ash teach his Pikachu the move Iron Tail with the help of his Sentret. He suggested Pikachu learn it in order to defeat the Gym Leader's Rock-type Pokémon. Bulbapdia
Mariah works with her grandmother, Cadee, and McCauley, who make healing potions using electricity. She came upon Ash battling with Brock, and her Flaaffy got attacked by Brock's Marshtomp's Mud Shot. Brock offers to give it some medicine but Mariah politely refuses. She then carries her Flaaffy back to her grandmother's pharmacy to get healed. At the pharmacy Brock wastes no time flirting with Mariah. It is also soon discovered that Marshtomp has a thing for her Flaaffy. Brock automatically takes this as a sign that he and Mariah are destined to be together. However, Mariah seemed to have more of an interest in McCauley than Brock. Later, Mariah gets taken away, along with the whole pharmacy, by Team Rocket, who want all the medicine for themselves to sell. McCauley jumps into the flying pharmacy in order to save her and the medicine. Brock attempts to help out by using Marshtomp's Mud Shot to shoot down the balloon, but Team Rocket reflects it back, and the Mud Shot ends up hurting Ash's Pikachu and Cadee's Mareep. They needed the potion to make them better and fast. Both Mariah and McCauley decide to use their Flaaffy and Ampharos, respectively, to make a new batch of medicine. Afterwards, they use their Pokémon to destroy the engines on Team Rocket's balloon, causing it to crash. After Team Rocket was defeated, Cadee felt confident enough to leave the pharmacy to McCauley and Mariah.
