"Flower Sword" Vista is the fifth division commander of the Whitebeard Pirates. Vista is a black-haired man with a mustache and a top hat. His mustache is black and curly. He wears a shirt with a diamond stripe pattern near the top that reveals some of his chest as well as a cape. He is also quite muscular and wields two sabers, one in each hand. Like all division commanders of the Whitebeard Pirates, Vista seems to be very loyal to Whitebeard. He also seems to be modest. As commander of the fifth division of the Whitebeard Pirates, Vista has authority over the lower-ranking subordinates. He has incredible reflexes, and is able to move very fast since he immediately backed up Luffy against Mihawk. He uses two swords. He also seems to be a swordsman of tremendous power, shown by the strongest swordsman in the world comments that only a fool would not know Vista's name. Vino is Clear's partner, a small baby that usually wears a hood and sits in a cradle. During battle, Vino is suspended in a protective floating bubble made by Clear, which is said to cut Clear's power in half. This bubble has so far shown to be completely indestructible. Nothing is known about where Vino came from or how Clear had found him, but he seems to be able to speak in complete sentences even though he is just a baby. Vino seems to enjoy helping Clear, and also seems to derive some sadistic pleasure from hurting other mamodo and their bookkeepers. It is possible that Clear is controlling Vino's heart and mind with his power; this is evidenced by the glazed, near blank stare in Vino's eyes. During the final battle between Clear and Zatch, Vino had 'merged' with Clear's demonic spell form, despite being scared of it, and was changed by Clear to have an endless supply of heart energy. When Zatch's ultimate spell destroys Clear's last crystal, the protective barrier surrounding Vino is destroyed causing Clear's book to be burned. Viki is a magician specializing in teleportation. She is one of the few who possesses the Blinking Rune. No one knows where she has come from, but in her sleep, she has been known to say "Waffu..." which seems to have something to do with where she is from. She is trying to return to her homeland, but has been unsuccessful for a long time. She ended up participating in several major wars, spanning hundreds of years, but did not age between the wars, due to her not only teleporting wrong, but also moving through time by the incredible bad luck she has. When she bumped into Nash in a forest in Harmonia, she teleported him to an odd dimension. There they meet a younger Viki who acted considerably more mature than Viki herself. She said that her name was Viki and told the other Viki and Nash how to get out of the odd dimension. Nash asked if she is Viki and she told him, "it's better to not know that..." Her odd teleportation patterns cause confusion for those she comes across - for example, Lorelai, having first met Viki in the Twilight Forest in Falena, is surprised when Viki does not recognize her later when fighting together in the Sun Rune War, failing to understand that her first meeting with Viki was the result of Viki teleporting from several years in the future - as a result, at that time, she had never seen Lorelai before in her life. - Blue Moon, KoRnholio (Info taken from Suikosource)
